When the 2 people ahead of us in line both were having fraud issues with their account, it should have been a red flag that caused us to turn around & choose another bank. But foolishly my husband & I set up a checking account at Woodforest. We both received a debit card and both were put away in a safe location once we got home as we never use debit cards for security reasons.Upon checking our account online yesterday, we saw 7 seperate charges for $0.99 each. I called & filed them as fraud immediately. This morning I look and we now have 7 $2 international transaction fees! I called again and was told my debit card had NOT been canceled like I had been told yesterday.It is very strange how a debit card that's never been used can be compromised. We only use this account for online utility bill payments which require the account & routing numbers. It leads me to believe this bank's systems are not secure. I am not taking any chances and plan to move our money to a different bank.

The assistant branch manager Brian was very helpful and attentive in helping me open a joint bank account. We didn't have an appointment and before I went to a few other banks the same morning that just wasn't as willing to help us or said we had to make an appointment in order for them to help us. We walked in and asked if they were able to and they did. The process was made very simple! Thank you again

Though friendly, customer service is super slow when you are trying to bank with the actual banker. Only good for banking using self-service. Probably will go back to using the bank in the Woodlands or at College Park just to tell you they can’t verify. Never had an issue in other locations. This is the second time I’ve had this issue with this location. Though close, wont be banking at this location again.

We previously banked with another large bank and changed over to Woodforest. A few months ago we started a small business and needed a bank that would partner with us through the difficult times. We definitely came to the right bank!! Not only was the bank products and services what we needed and supportive of our business, but the staff has been phenomenal and go BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY! Jackie was there when we opened our account and her dedication and great customer service and product knowledge has made our experience pleasant, even when business was tough! Jackie never sees any obstacle, only an opportunity to overcome a setback - a wonderful asset to the bank! She was joined at the branch by Brittany, who has been nothing but professional, compassionate and has assisted us with every aspect of our needs, both personal account and business account and always make us feel important as clients. Angelica has assisted us with many requests and befriended us and has always been helpful, kind and very customer service orientated. We want to thank the staff and the bank for being there for us when our business started when no other bank could equal or better the service - we are proud to be clients of WOODFOREST NATIONAL BANK and hope we always have the staff we have here - we will even follow where they go!

I’ve been banking with woodforest for so many years and I’m very happy with the products they offer. When you have a problem with your account they give you their whole undivided attention and really care about what the issue is. The staff is incredible and this location and I love having them as my local bank. :)

They have amazing hours open 7 days a week! The customer service is really friendly and respectful. I love being able to shop and do my bank route all in one trip. Thank you woodforest Riley Fuzzell!
