My card was used by someone else I don't know in another state. When I told the bank they shut down my card and sent me a new one. WF said they would mail the card, then the pin days later. The card arrived but not the pin. I called multiple times trying to tell them about it. They first told me to wait longer. Then this time I called, she said the pin is computer generated and they have no way to send it to me again just because it was lost in the mail. She said all she could do is mail me a new one. I verified with her twice that I would not be charged over this. She said there would be no charge to me since this was not my fault basically. Liars. The next day, they helped themselves to $15 from my account.

My husband and I have banked with Woodforest at Louetta near Stubner Airline and have NEVER had an issue! It has been probably 18 years or more! If I know I will not need my identification shown, I do not even take a purse inside! And, I ALWAYS go inside! All of the employees and the manager have been WONDERFUL, helpful and kind! Now, that my husband has passed and all banking is done by me with my ideas, I would never think of changing from this banking site! I even drive about 8 miles or more just to go this location, which is the one we have always used. No bad issues at all! Always, pleasant, kind, helpful and smiling!

We have used Woodforest for probably about 15 years. Over the past year or so, this bank has gone down hill quickly... at multiple locations. Poor customer service, rude, and when they made a huge error on my accounts, the manager at the Louetta location wouldn't even come out of his office or return my calls. At this location and the larger Tomball location, across from Lowe's, I've made several deposits using the drive thru. The tellers didn't greet or thank me any of those times... not a peep. They just return the deposit receipt and that's how I know my transaction is complete. The pandemic has affected all of us in one way or another but poor customer service is not acceptable especially when there are too many other options out there to do business elsewhere.I am now primarily banking with Chase and the level of attention and customer service is what Woodforest used to be... possibly even better.

Stay away this location tried to steal 800 from me and then blamed it on a “system” problem, the managers are Arrogant and to me they seem prejudice and racist. Stay away from them, I’ve never seen someone take money from a customer and then not try and fix it. Horrible bank.
