I have been customers of WoodForest Bank at 6334 FM 2920 for seversl years now, all the employees at this branch are very professional and polite, all of them are very nice and welcome you, with a big smile. The branch manager, Mr. Carlos Ramos always here and willing to help the customers with a big smile.

Brought in a bags of quarters nickels and dimes all bagged separately to trade in for cash, was told I have to roll them first and then I asked are you going to unroll them when I deposit to count them and she said yes, and I asked why don't we just skip that middle part and she said they don't uave to time to count money, isn't thay literally your job? Also I was the only customer in the bank at the time, if your slammed i get it but that's really dumb lol

I have been a loyal customer of Woodforest bank at 6334 FM 2920 for over 9 years. I have never been treated so professionally and courteous by any other bank staff. Carlos, Erika, Veronica, Angelica have always treated me with kindness and care. I had a business account and a personal account and anytime I needed something, they jumped through hoops for me. Their knowledge and attention to detail stands above and beyond other banks. I will not go anywhere else for my banking needs

Very good experience, very friendly and attentive staff, I lost my debit card and the manager CARLOS RAMOS did everything possible and looked for all the options and ways so that I could obtain my debit card, he was very professional.
