“Love Costco but it’s 70 miles away so I don’t get to go very often. I bought a package of organic cucumbers on August 1st and when I opened them that night they were putrid! Brown yucky stuff spewed out and the smell was awful. I have been trying for 2 days to talk to somebody at Conroe Costco but the phone kept looping around. I want my $5.99 back. I’m unhappy now and probably won’t buy much produce from now on that are prepackaged. Going to save my receipt and a copy of this message and hope I can get my refund when I go next time. It will be a while as it is about 70 miles away.”

“Sam's Club has the best Granola! It's made with 100% Whole Grains and has Super Seeds & Fruit in it! They also have 100% fresh squeezed Orange Juice that is squeezed daily on the spot!! The good thing is I was able to walk straight up to a self checkout register to check out. Ohhh I was able to sign up to switch energy providers too! I switched from TXU's free nights to Just Energy's free night plan . TXU had a 9.95 monthly fee that I hated but free electricity from 8pm-5am which was great! Just Energy's monthly fee was 4.95 and free electricity from 9pm-7am which is longer. Darian assisted me with getting switched over.”
“Had a great experience here this morning, staff was super friendly and helped me pick up a new prescription easily. They also offered snacks for my kiddos! I especially appreciated how they offered it "would your kids like a snack?" And then upon a yes, they offered to the kids saying "have whatever your dad says is ok!". Pizza not only tastes great, but for only a little over $10, you've got lunch or dinner for the family. You can't rush a good thing, so equip yourself with patience and be ready to wait. Other great choices include the Chicken Bake, and the Hot Dog that comes with a soda for only $1.50. Membership has it's rewards this food court is one of them.”

We pulled in to the pickup area and called them and they told us it would be 5-10 minutes before they brought it out. Not even 3 minutes later 2 very nice employees brought out the fridge, loaded it in our car and that was it. Fast, friendly service.”

“So happy I stopped here to check things out. I'm a huge fan of wholesale clubs as you get such a better deal buying in bulk vs small portions at regular grocery stores.Suns is pretty unique from your Costco and Sam's as they have a larger variety of unique seafoods. They are the only place in Houston I can find raw chicken nuggets that you have to cook fully. This means it tastes much better with less of those preprocessed ingredients.I go here exclusively for my snow crabs and beef fajitas. The quality is off the charts and the size of the snow crabs are massive compared to the tiny ones at your local grocery store.I also find some excellent authentic Asian ingredients and it's always so convenient to pop in and out of there really quickly.What I dislike about it however is their online shopping is non-existent. Their web site isn't helpful at all so don't think you can go there to browse anything. You have to go there to see what they offer.You also don't have to commit to a yearly membership. You can pay like $5 for a daily membership and buy anything in the store you want in that one trip.Save and Prosper!”

“Costco is simply a good place to shop. I've noticed that the location of some of the merchandise is rotated to different areas. Perhaps merchandising ? Anyway, I go here for tires whenever I need tires. Their mounting deal includes road hazard, which I have used one time before with no difficulty whatsoever. I have noticed that much of their fish is "wild caught", which is very good. Costco's competitor has much of their fish from the Far East and it is farm raised. I have traveled to those countries and they won't even eat farm raised fish due to waste that they feed the fish. Costco has extremely good customer service as well. Their return policy is set so that if something breaks after the warranty, they will still take a refund (except in a few categories...read the fine print).”

“I have been a member of Sam's Club for 9 or 10 years. I love their pharmacy! The entire team works with me to check and double check meds to insure that there is no cross interaction. They inform me when I need shots and they are experts at vaccinations. Painless. They are wonderful at getting me the best price per script. This Sam's treats everyone with respect and are very helpful . To those that have disabilities, they can, and will allow an associate to accompany you to help load your cart with goods. The cart guys in the lot will also help thise who need assistance, with loading. Nothing negative to say here. But just remember, just because you are having a bad day, please don't take it out on the associates. They didn't cause your problem.”

Mark and Arturo were so generous to squeeze me into their busy schedule and help me; they saved my day! I truly appreciate the professionalism and care at this location - this is why I love Costco!!”

“I went in as a walk in on a Saturday morning. So understandably the wait was a little long, i was told it would take anywhere from 2-4 hours to get sensors installed on some tires but they were able to do it in an hour. Everyone working there was very professional and nice.
No-one seemed to take any shortcuts and I will definitely be back again!”

“This Costco is absolutely fantastic. Being from another state, it took me a bit to get used to the layout and selection, but that's all part of the adventure, right? The staff here are truly exceptional, and the items for sale offer a wide selection and top-notch quality. There's really nothing quite like the Costco experience! It would've been even better if they had business Costco items on sale, but you can't have it all. Still, overall, it was a lovely experience!”

“OUTSTANDING customer service. I called Graves Winelectric early on a Monday morning looking for a difficult to find fuse for the lighting system at one of my manufacturing plants. The parts advisor that answered the phone was very helpful and explained that he didn't have the fuse, but then offered to call around and find it for me. A few minutes later he called me back to tell me where I could get the fuse locally.
Unbelievable in this day and age. I was floored.
Top notch service and great people!”
