Thank you for being polite. I don't care what people say. Today on your busiest of days y'all are great. The cashier's were attentive to the customers and the manager or the one who is running did a great job. Miss Jacqueline was attentive and courteous. Keep up the good work. Even though some people are impatient. I will wait in line again no worries. ^_^

Customer service isn’t knowledgeable they skipped me twice !! This is the second time coming to this Wells Fargo burg times they acted like they didn’t want to bother with new clients!!! Should actually call corporate!!!! What’s the point in making a appointment

More of the same horrible service you’ve come to expect from Wells Fargo. The same company the government FINED for illegally setting up accounts without approval and overcharging customers. One staff member at window and drive up. Manager says this is the STANDARD staffing at all Wells Fargo in the region.

Being a disabled army veteran with an incurable disease called Huntington Disease Chorea, I have been a customer since 2016. Today is the last time I will go to sleep with out speaking out against the fact that this public building has been allowed to exist this long without a public restroom for their own banking community. I must say that this location should have been closed down if they are not able to accommodate public restrooms to their customers in need.

Recently, while checking certificate of deposit (CD) rates I visited the Wells Fargo Bank, Rayford Crossing location, Spring, TX 77386. Upon arriving, I was met by Ms. Courtney Kenney. During my visit, Ms. Kenney answered all of my questions as well as offering to help me with various investment options offered by the Wells Fargo Bank. After gathering and comparing the information from other financial advisors, I decided to purchase a CD from the Wells Fargo Bank – Ms. Kenney. During the purchase process, Ms. Kenney assisted me in an expedited manner as well as displaying the highest level of professionalism and providing exceptional service. Additionally, Ms. Kenney was courteous, knowledgeable and is an asset to the Wells Fargo Bank. Keep up the great work…
