We were just there today 2/13/2024 at 4:50pm in line waiting to get a check endorsed. Someone hurries and walks up to the window and starts to speak Spanish, essentially cutting in front of us. We still wait and after minutes pass the clock hits 5:00 and an employee comes up to us and tells us they are closed and to come back tomorrow. I explain we just needed a check endorsed, no deposit or withdraw and we had the paperwork to get it endorsed. She said no sorry. We explained to her we were there before closing and the lady before us technically cut, she ended up just walking off .. and started turning the lights off. I then tap the window and said please can we just get this endorsed? We were here 10 minutes before closing and we both work so it’ll be hard to come back tomorrow. She didn’t seem to care and shrugged her shoulders, said “come back tomorrow”. I’m a business owner and find this extremely disappointing. I would always still help out a customer who was there before closing.. especially knowing the situation and that we only needed a check endorsed. There is a reason i won’t be opening an account here in the future.

ARCHAIC CUSTOMER SERVICE — Telephone is never answered. I had to go to the branch to ask a question about notary. We were told the wait-time was ½ an hour, because the only notary/clerk was with a customer. Nevertheless, this notary/clerk (Courtney) could help another customer that arrived after us with a document. When she came out a 2nd time, I asked her how longer it would be, and she said another 40 minutes. I had already waited 30 minutes, and she freshly came with such statement and with an attitude of take it or leave. Is it like I am supposed to be sympathetic and put up with the fact that this bank does not employ enough people to help customers? She could have tried to at least answer my question in 30 seconds, but she did not even offer that. She said to go online and find the answer. Why bother with a bank like that. I am glad we transferred our 500 thousand to different banks with much better customer service. We will either close the accounts or will keep very little balance for convenience. Because rates are also very low.Wasted time and the effort to get my handicap husband ready for nothing.

Recently, while checking certificate of deposit (CD) rates I visited the Wells Fargo Bank, Rayford Crossing location, Spring, TX 77386. Upon arriving, I was met by Ms. Courtney Kenney. During my visit, Ms. Kenney answered all of my questions as well as offering to help me with various investment options offered by the Wells Fargo Bank. After gathering and comparing the information from other financial advisors, I decided to purchase a CD from the Wells Fargo Bank – Ms. Kenney. During the purchase process, Ms. Kenney assisted me in an expedited manner as well as displaying the highest level of professionalism and providing exceptional service. Additionally, Ms. Kenney was courteous, knowledgeable and is an asset to the Wells Fargo Bank. Keep up the great work…

Gave my son a deposit slip & money to drop off a deposit for my account.Wellsfargo took the slip realized he was not the account holder. Denied the deposit. Returned the deposit slip with my bank information on it. Said it was in the name of protecting my account.SMH ... you still let him have all my bank information. policy is backwards.

I've been banking here since they opened the branch. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent and prompt service. My wife and I will continue to be loyal customers due to the good service and convenient location.

Made appointment for notary, left me waiting 30 minutes so I left. This isn't a regular branch, it's inside heb so that may have something to do with it. Horrible service super long lines. Pick another bank

Convenient location, I have only rarely experienced a long wait time. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who bother to learn your name, I have never had any issues. I do wish there was a drive thru banking window, reserved parking spots, or ATM where I could take care of basic issues and not have to go into the store or not have to deal with finding parking for a 10 minute trip to the bank.
