I walk into the building and waited in line while one teller was taking care of a client which was not a problem. I wait and wait while the drive thru tell turns around and sees me waiting. She never comes to help the teller. No one is there besides the person being helped and myself. After waiting I decide to get in my car and drive

Came in close to closing time. I was quickly ushered out the door saying they were closed. This place always disappoints when it comes to customer service. Time to look for a new bank

It seems you always need to go to the bank and buy food at the same time.......you can do it here. This location is inside the HEB in the Indian Springs Shopping Center at the corner of Woodlands Parkway and Kuykendahl Rd. However, the only good think I can say about this visit is it was convenient......our teller was not the sharpest pencil in the box. I don't like leaving a bank having just left them your hard earned cash and wondering if it was deposited where you wanted........this was the case here. Luckily it was my daughters money so I was not out anything if they screwed up.... :) Anyways, I do appreciate the fact they have good hours and are in the grocery store I use. I also am glad they purchased Wachovia (which is where I do most of my banking) and now you can find one on every corner...........but wait, I bank online so why do I care? Oh yea, when I need cash or to deposit a check I have to go to the branch office. So, if you don't plan to do anything complicated at this location you should be okay.....just be sure you can explain in very simple terms and very slowly exactly what you want them to do.
