Bankers in this location are terrible. They say they are going to do things and don't follow through. If it was my bank, I would fire them. Go to another branch where you just "may" get more efficient workers. But then again, Wells is a "woke" bank so don't expect much.

Pamela is the most professional and delightful banker I’ve ever had the experience to work with. So courteous and helpful 5 star service. I highly recommend.

I closed on a home today and it took longer to get through the line to get a simple cashier’s check for the water district than what it did to close on the home. They are packed with banking employees and one teller with 2 managers supervising that one teller?Wells is not great in general but avoid this specific branch.

Been with Wells Fargo for decades and used this branch when we want one on one personal attention. They have always been polite, knowledgeable and very helpful every time we walk in that bank.

I have never been to a branch so dedicated to not helping the customer.

Worst Wells Fargo branch I have ever been to. Ten people in the bank with one banker.

Only 2 people working the whole building?! Ridiculously slow. I swear everyone works in slow motion here

This has to be my favorite branch! Every time I come in I feel noticed and and helped by the friendliest staff. Elise at the teller window is always cheerful and pleasant; just makes the day better. Same thing for Eboni, she is friendly and helpful. Never had a bad experience there with anyone, just don’t know all their names to give accolades to.

I come here everyday if I need cash or just making deposits. I was in store today and witnessed the patience of Jobe from Elise. I was in line waiting but there was a gentleman who didn't understand they way banks hold funds before releasing them from other banks. Needles to say she took care of this poor guy who clearly had millions of questions and while me and 4 others stood in line socially distant in the lobby. It was time consuming and frustrating to watch but omg THIS IS THE PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING WE ALL NEED NOW. There was only 1 teller window open that day, but man.... understaffed or slow. This place needs more like her.?

This bank is very slow. Be prepared to spend 15-35 minutes waiting in the lobby or drive through. There are much fast banks in the area.

The bank on the corner of 2920 and Kurkendahl is now closed. The closest is on Kurkendahl about 1/4 mile north of 2920 on the east side of Kurkendahl, extra 2 minutes is all!
