Being a disabled army veteran with an incurable disease called Huntington Disease Chorea, I have been a customer since 2016. Today is the last time I will go to sleep with out speaking out against the fact that this public building has been allowed to exist this long without a public restroom for their own banking community. I must say that this location should have been closed down if they are not able to accommodate public restrooms to their customers in need.

This bank is at an all time low. Waiting a long time to see a banker. 2 of them were in the back doing nothing but neither came out to help. They want you to do everything online now. They seemed annoyed that you actually come in their little domain to annoy them with trivial banking. Looking for another bank that is more reliable and user friendly than Wells. Pathetic organization.

Victoria is always the best. Her customer service is outstanding. She always sounds happy and excited to see you and grateful to have the opportunity to help you. Most days, she is the only one working the drive through, helping several cars at once but she never sounds like shes Frustrated or having a bad day. She truly adds value to her customers day and is a big asset to any employer she’s working for!

I have been with Wellsfargo since 1994 when it was First Bank. But I’m seriously going to have to reconsider going to a less greedy bank. ? THE WORSE THING WELLSFARGO COULD DO WAS CLOSE DOWN ALL LOCATION AND LEAVE 1 OPEN WITH ONLY 2-3 CASHIERS. NOW CUSTOMERS HAVE TO STAND IN LINE BEHIND A MINIMUM 20 PEOPLE. HOW IS THAT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE?? I HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO WITH MY TIME THAN STAND IN LINE FOR 30-40 MIN. I KNOW IT’S MORE MONEY IN YOUR POCKETS WELLSFARGO BUT I’M SURE THAT IF YOU ARE POCKETING ALL THOSE EMPLOYEE HOURS FROM THE LOCATIONS YOU’VE CLOSED DOWN, YOU DANG SURE CAN AFFORD TO AT LEAST GIVE US A FULL SET OF CASHIERS!!!!! BY THAT I MEAN MINIMUM 6 CASHIERS, AND I DON’T MEAN SHARING WITH THE DRIVE THROUGH????? SO DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED ‼️

I was turned away at 11:45 on a Saturday, because there was only one banker available. I was willing to wait, but was not given that option. Any other business will accept customers until they close, even if it means a wait. This kind of bureaucratic, non-sense is exactly why I will be leaving wells fargo. I shouldn't even have to go to a physical location for a name change. Plenty of other banks have this option available online. I've been with WF since 2005, but this is the final straw.
