So I went to have a logo digitized in two sizes back in May 2023 and requested them to be emailed to me. While there I requested urgent rush embroidery shirts for an event... I got the shirts quickly, and good quality embroidery. I have still never received my digitized files that were paid for in full in may. I have repeatedly called and requested these to be sent to. 5 months later, still no files... I'd love for them to be doing all my uniforms but can't after this experience.

Webbs Uniform has been our savior many times with their quick turn around time, excellent customer service and communication. They are very easy to work with and made our projects seamless! Our camp and coach shirts look amazing. GFI Academy will be using them many times in the future.

Webb's was recommended by a friend of mine. I used a different company for my business shirts but am so glad that I changed to Webb's. They are professional and offer suggestions for me to make sure that the designs are nice. Great quality at an affordable price.

Our family owns a small company with 13 employees. Recently I wanted to upgrade monogrammed uniforms and monogrammed jackets for all of the employees. Johnny and his crew at Webb Uniforms did a superb job of getting in samples of each size for size verification and then completed our order into finished/monogrammed garments in only a couple of weeks. All done at a very reasonable price. Super job guys and we look forward to working with you in the future...Paul 5+

I met Josh years ago and when I needed company shirts made Webb's Uniforms is the only place I thought to go! I have seen the work Webb's Uniforms has produced over the years and every time I saw something new it just kept getting better and better. When I made my order there was a quick turn around and they came out better than I imagined. I am in College Station, Texas and I will continue to make the trips to Webb's Uniforms in the future for all my printing needs.

Fast service and good pricing. I brought my boyfriend's BJJ gi here to get a patch sewn on and also brought another gi where the patch was put on incorrectly by another business. They finished both quickly and kept me informed throughout the process because I needed the patches done relatively quickly.

I am in total shock !!! I dropped off an example of something I needed for work not a huge order but 50 of the same thing around 11:45am today. (Thinking it would be ready next week sometime)I just received a call that my order is READY!!!! Its only 4:30pmTalk about excellent service. No matter how big or small they are all about The Customer.Of course I will be back againHuge Thank you !!!!

Contacted them about having shirts made, was quoted a price and production time. 3 days later the production time doubled, okay I can accept that, othe orders came in. When I called to place the order I was told to email the artwork to a particular email address which I did and then was told about the long er production which I said okay to and if they could get to them sooner that would be great. But then I couldn’t even get anyone to take my order Friday. Okay excusable it was later in the day by the time several emails were exchanged which could have been handled on one 10min phone call. I assume they’re closed on the weekend, understandable. Yet I went all day Monday, again with no contact from anyone to take my order and collect payment. Wasn’t even sure who else to communicate with at that point.Update: I was contacted by Johnny who carefully explained the misunderstanding. I believe he will discuss with his team so hopefully this doesn’t happen to somebody else.

I got a quote for shirts and production time. Called back 3 days later to order and was told to email Dina, to which I sent email almost immediately. After a couple hours I get a reply that the production time is now 2+ weeks. I responded okay let's get the order going blah blah.....again time goes by with another vague email basically like ok. Couple hours goes by nothing, email again and get a quick response that the information has been forwarded to someone else to process the order. The end of the day comes and no phone call or email. Then the weekend so I expected nothing. Then Monday late afternoon still no email phone call nothing. Their customer service is lacking. Update: I was contacted by Johnny Webb who carefully explained the misunderstanding. I believe he will discuss with the staff involved and hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else.
