“I came into the store today to buy the first purse that I've ever owned that was not bought at Walmart or Amazon. AJ made it such a wonderful experience. She balanced things very well between letting me know that she was there to help and giving me room to browse and think about what I wanted. Had a lovely conversation about Star Wars when I was checking out and she let me know of an upcoming collab between Fossil and the Star Wars universe.
