Bad management.... The black lady with dread that works in the online pick area.. is totally unprofessional.. and the kids that work s in the online pick up department ruin my day and ruin my order.

I order photos online. The photo center was empty. A person paged twice for a customer service. The third time she went to look for area person who looked for a customer service. Waited 30 minutes for customer service person to check me out. This was ridiculous. I will definitely will never get pictures from this location again. The pictures were okay just the service was awful. The customer service lady did not greeted me or apologize.

Staff is rude and unhelpful, also they will have secret shoppers follow you around for no reason but profiling you. This is happened to me on many occasions shopping here, I would say 3 out of 5 times it happens. It feels like you're being harassed and can't even focus on what you're trying to look for because every time you look up or turn a corner there is the same person that has been following you around the whole time.

Came to this Walmart to get a few items for back to school season with my family. We stopped by the beauty department and noticed everything was locked up and no one was there to assist customers with their items. We had pressed for assistance and some lady was being pissed off, irritated even for us calling her to assist us. A simple task and the energy we received was not the vibe. Don’t waste your time here and expect help because you won’t find it. Go to a better Walmart, this one is terrible.

Bought tires from Walmart about 4 months ago. Had a flat today and went to Walmart on 45 and west rd. They informed me that the tire could not be repaired and need to be replaced. They Measure the tread on the flat tire and it was at 9/32 Which was the original tread depth. I will only have to pay for the duo, has it and insulation because the tread was still at the original debt.But unfortunately, they did not have the tire in stock so I had to go to this Walmart. I informed them what happened when I found out they had the tire in stock. They informed me that I had to For the road hazard on the new tire and insulation But also I had to pay for The prorated amount From the old tire, but the old tire did not have any wear. I asked him why they said maybe because the tire was worn down I asked him did anyone measure the tread that said they did know. So I asked them can they find out what it was even though I knew the tire did not wear According to what the original Walmart told me. Long story short they did not. Measure the tire tread, even though I asked him to. I just would like for them to be honest and truthful. And not have to lie to make a buck. And because I’ve Been back-and-forth to two different Walmarts for five hours I just went on my head and paid.

My experience was below unsatisfactory. My appointment to have tires installed was 3pm. There were 3 available technicians that standing doing nothing that could have proceeded with the installation. Service really stunk👎

The cashier was very rude and unhelpful. She didn’t answer my questions about the products and seemed visibly annoyed to be at work. This is the second time I’ve encountered her with the same bad attitude. Very disappointing experience.
