The only walmart I've ever been to where most employees are helpful and friendly. Generally clean, organized, with wide variety of products. My first visit here 2 years ago, two different employees asked if I needed any help finding anything.

I would like to say the biggest THANK YOU to Lyndon. I bought the wrong windshield wipers for my truck. I got off work and it started pouring down and one of the wipers came unhinged. I drove to the nearest Walmart automotive dept. I told Lyndon what happened and he immediately helped me get the correct wipers and installed them for me, so I could get home safely! Thank you so much!!!

Walmart provides a one-stop shopping experience with a wide range of products at competitive prices. Known for its extensive selection of groceries, household items, electronics, and clothing, Walmart caters to diverse consumer needs. The store layout is typically spacious and well-organized, making it easy to navigate aisles and find desired items. Customer service varies, but staff are generally available and helpful when needed. Walmart's commitment to affordability and convenience, combined with their frequent discounts and online shopping options, makes it a convenient destination for everyday essentials and more.

9:30pm and tried to buy weed eater line but the door to garden center was locked and closed asked an employee who said had to ask another e(I assume a manager) and he claims garden center is closed at 9pm. I tell him website says closes at 11pm , he ignores me and walks off ! Complete lack of responsibility and customer service, Walmart is not worth the cheaper prices anymore, staff and store managers are useless!!!! He could’ve easily opened the door or grab $15 weed eater line to satisfy customer but they don’t care at all ! Completely unacceptable!

The Woodlands Parkway Walmart, Tire & Lube Center, deserves a zero, out of 5 star, rating. A tire was recently purchased from this location, which was defective. I went back to the location, several days later, only to be told that road hazard was not accepted, when the tire was purchased. The employee that explained the road hazard, suggested that the $18, not the 25 to $30, per tire, was sufficient coverage for the tire. The employee went on to say that Walmart does not replace the tire, therefore it would be unnecessary to get the premium road hazard coverage.
Upon returning to this location, I am told that there is a cut in the tire, and that it cannot be repaired. I was told that I would need to pay the total cost of a new tire, for a tire that was bought less than a week before this issue occurred. The employee went on to say that the cut was my fault, it was probably caused by some form of road debris. This is false, because I did not even drive the vehicle for that one week.
I called Walmart 1-800 number, and was told that I needed to speak to the store manager. I asked for the store manager, and the automotive manager appeared. I still insisted on speaking with the store manager.
Upon going to customer service, as recommended by the automotive center, I'm at the store manager. This was a horrible experience, because the store manager tried to blame me, the customer, for their faulty product. Last time I checked, it is a responsibility of the store manager, to resolve issues and a favor of both the store and the customer. This manager did neither. I would recommend this manager not being a manager of any other store, especially walmart. The manager had the audacity to offer me a $20 gift card, which would only cover the roadside for one tire, the one purchase. I respectfully declined, and am now warning all people that want to go to this location for automotive service, Beware!!!
I went to another Walmart location, with no issues, and was able to get two tires put on the vehicle, that are functioning properly, now. They've provide excellent service, and a renewed my faith in Walmarts automotive
Centers. Until the current store manager is removed, I wood steer clear of this location. Review made by, "Walmart Customer for Life"

Today was my worst experience at Walmart on Woodlands Parkway since the store opened. Less than 6 days ago a new tire was purchased from this location, and no offer of a warranty was mention. The problem is shortly after 2 days having the tire installed by this Walmart Automotive Shop, it was FLAT. I was out of town on a trip and the car had to be garaged for the next three days. On the sixth day the car return to the same location with the spare tire on hand, and when they received back the Lemon Tire/Defected, they did not want to honor a new tire, they sold for over $100 dollars. When confronted, the Manager, Ms. Lachastia, was condescending, when I was instructed by their Corporate Office out of Bentonville, AR., to have her to look into the issue, she stated, "that the only help she would give was a $20.00 Gift Card, and suggest that I use it, in sublingual language to get the tire warranty, next time. She had a similar tire issue, and she had to buy one for $300.00." That was rude and belittling to me. I felt as though she was trying to make me feel like as a customer, I was not important to her or her Manager in Automotive. I have purchased many tires from Walmart and many from this location over the years, so I do not appreciate the slang talk she gave me, as a customer. This location was once a hot spot for people in this area, but I see it now out of a different len. It appears there could also be some Illiberality going on at this location. Thanks to another location of Walmart, out of my area, I did get the job done, and with courtesy, professionalism, and a smile. I am not saying all Walmart Stores, have shady, rude, employees, working for them.
However, the location at 10001 Woodlands Parkway, should be trained that we the customers, make their business a success, not them taking sides with each other at this location. My bad day, at this location, went smoother at the next location. Oh, by the way, contacting Corporate is a toss up, because while one employee Jose said he would help with the issue, Jason spoke directly with Ms. Lachastia, and decided she had the best solution to resolve the issue, which was take the Lemon Tire, a $20 GC, and buy a New one from them for over another $100. Seems like a rip off to me. Buyer, Beware, if you purchase any tires, at this location, you may get scam. Would not recommend this location to anyone. I wish I could give a zero, but it was not on the stars.

Just purchased this loaf of bread not even 20 minutes ago and was unloading my groceries and found a dead bug inside the ‘freshly baked bread’. This was not the ‘extra seasonings’ I was trying to add to family dinner this evening. I am deeply disappointed in this.
When trying to check out the last few times at this location only self checkout was available. No actual serviced check out lanes were open causing massive lines at self check out.
Just another clear reminder why I no longer shop at Walmart no matter the convenience.
