I purchased this Google Play Card at Wal-Mart @ I 45 Louetta on 12/21/23. This is a bad Card which cannot load or pay for my books. I brought this Card back to this Wal-Mart story to refund on 12/22/23 and 12/26/23. However, managers whose name Pam and Cameron (I may mis-spelling managers' names) denied to refund. The reason that Wal-Mart has no responsibilities on all Gift Cards !!! These managers' reason is not acceptable. Worst effing Walmart I have ever been at. We are literally waiting 30 minutes now for somebody to come open up the sporting goods case. Eight people have been asked and nobody has been able to get anyone back here. I called the operator and stood in line in the customer service area and watched three different women ignore the phone. I got up to the desk and the lady said what can I help you with I said you can answer the phone because that's me who has been calling for the last 30 minutes. I am now in the electronics section still waiting for the key to the sporting goods case. Oh and don't bother calling the manager; the picture on the wall that says 'how can I help you'? cuz her phone is the one that rang repeatedly for 30 minutes and got ignored. the entire store team f+#king sucks. Except Veronica, literally after 45 minutes she was able to assist. Thank you to Veronica, she needs to get a job at a good place. This Walmart does not deserve her because again, this Walmart sucks ass

Never...... Ever do curbside pickup at the Walmart off of Louetta & 45 So I placed a curbside order yesterday morning and within a few hours while I was still at work it said it was ready for pickup. So my wife went there and checked in on the app. She literally waited for 30 mins before someone even came to see about her order. The gentleman said that they would be out shortly they were just behind. So another 10 mins passed and still nothing. So since my wife and kids were waiting so long, I decided to drive there myself and told my wife to go home. I then waited 25 mins myself. I got out my truck and noticed it was a lot of people there waiting for their order as well. Some said they been there for 2 hours .... Yes, 2 hours!!!!! So I waited for the associate to come out and told him i been there for a hour and he said "Sir, your order was picked but not sure where it's at. I expect to find it within another hour" So I told him don't worry about it and cancelled my order. I ended up going in the store and getting it myself. This Walmart curbside is absolutely ridiculous and is defeating the purpose of having "curbside" services. I called Walmart customer care and complained about this store as well. They need to do an evaluation of this Walmart on their workers etc because this is not good customer service whatsoever. Going forward, if I need something from Walmart and decide to do curbside then I'll be doing it at the Rayford location. I never had a problem there

This Walmart need a strong manager over pickup! Or they need assistance in this area! I have come several days and the line is unbelievable. I must say their attitudes are not bad but the wait is unbearable!

I came here to buy a test in the locked closet things by the pharmacy. No workers were around so I asked the pharmacy lady at the computer (asain looking lady; not sure her name) if there was anyone available to unlock the cage for me. She rudely replied no and looked at me crazy. So then I asked her if she call someone for me and she said my best bet would be to go ask customer service! So rude!!! Then she asks someone to call someone in customer service for me and that person said I needed to go stand next to the locked closet or that customer service would just show up and see nobody there and leave. Like this is the worse customer service i have ever relieved at a walmart! I've now been waiting for 15 minutes and still nobody has shown up and the lady at the pharmacy who sees me patiently waiting is still not attempting to help me. Another lady just said I needed to walk to customer service to get someone to walk back with me and unlock it for me since nobody answered when they called. This is unbelievable. Worse ever!! I just found a manager (a pretty woman) at the customer service area and told her how her employees were being rude and she said she was sorry and she called someone over to come help so now to wait on this person...Update: rose is the cashier who came to help me. She was very nice! I could tell she was busy headed somewhere else but stopped to help me while trying to hurry. I'm very thankful for her being so kind though. There was an older lady with a can who looked a little lost and she stopped to ask and make sure she was okay and didn't need anything. Then she walked with me to the self check out and scanned my item so I could check out and get out of there. Thanks rose!

Don't even bother ordering curbside from here it's probably going to take them 4 days to complete it. I was waiting on a curbside for about two hours, i was there from 8 till 10 at night. Only one person was taking out orders, hell i was about to walk inside and put on a Walmart vest myself and started working. I probably would've got the orders out faster.

Just had a associate tell me to check the number on the item to make sure it matches the price. Wtf I don't work there. Put the stuff it the right place, since when does it become my job.

Prescription was ready fast, dropped it off and it was ready within 2 hours, probably less, I asked the lady for a discount since I didn’t had insurance but she was not able to help me, but I understand, she told me the Doctors are the one that give the Good RX Cards, not them, I was just asking, overall, good experience.

Sadly I can't do zero stars. Went to customer service and they had 1 person doing returns and 3 other employees just standing around. It's ridiculous how they have so many employees but they don't work. Sadly it's the only Walmart near me. Next time I'll drive to a further one to avoid bad service here. I was helped by Lakiesha and another gentleman that resolved my issue. They were quick.

This store is a joke!!! Whoever does the stocking just puts stuff anywhere. Price tag says 19.99...real price 1.00! You literally have to price check EVERYTHING!!!!!!! I am tempted to pull everything off the shelf that is in the right price slot. The BEST part is....You also have to check yourself out cuz that's all that is open on a Saturday then they have the nerve to check your recipe!!! BULLSHIT....EITHER TRUST ME TO CHECK MYSELF OUT OR GET SOME DAMN CASHIERS. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY HOW CUSTOMWR SERVICE SHOULD NOT BE!!!!!!!

Waited for 10 minutes and no one tend it to us. There was only us and another customer. Was told my prescription was ready at 11am. I showed up at 3pm and my medication was not ready.

Called from my work place to call in a prescription for one of my patients who recently had Oral Surgery done, after been on hold for like 10 minutes , the pharmacist answered the phone so rudely just to tell me why I couldn’t just leave it on the voicemail because they were to busy doing Covid shots, even after I explained her that our patient was leaving an Oral Surgery she rudely send me to voicemail. Unacceptable behavior, I don’t understand why Management lets his employees treat customers like that. Will be definitely getting in touch with Corporate about this.
