Clerk needs to be seen by the supervisor. She clearly making her own policies. Told me I cant return something which was seal and new. Went back to the pharmacy and they did it no questions asked.Then came back to buy ear drops which in the store were for $11 and online for $8 but guess what she said that their policy is that they cannot match their own online prices. Wow

Just like many many others have said... this place is a joke. No reason to be the 3rd car in the drive thru and wait 34 min to get to the window only to find out they put my meds back. When they called me I said I was unable to pick it up 3 days earlier because I was out of town. I said I would get it in 3 days..... nope 34 min wasted... next day I walk in... 15 min later I'm at the counter ...... maybe get more ppl???

These people working in the pharmacy are a freaking joke had my medicine sent by my doctor but before I did I called a head of time to make sure they had it in stock they did so my doctor sent it. When I went to pick it up they told me that my insurance denied the claim , I went inside to try and get it straight then I was told my insurance company denied the claim because I am no longer covered under the same insurance and that I now have "CAREMARK PHARMACY SERVICES " I WENT HOME called bc/bs found that what walgreens told me was all lies i spoke to a agent in the pharmacy department and found out that walgreens never even submitted a claim I told them what happened and they were like no no no ... so because I couldn't do anything about getting my insurance to pay at the moment I said ok ill just pay out of pocket they refused and told me I can't do that I have insurance and I must use it I went home and before I made it in my driveway they canceled my prescription I had to get my doctor to resend it to a different pharmacy and literally no issues my insurance paid the claim im gonna file a complaint with corporate and another one with the board of pharmaceutical companies and ill be filling a complaint on the pharmacist because I asked my friend to fill her prescription which is the same medicine as me and they did not give her any problem they pick and. Hose I have had my medicine filled there before with no issues

Went last night to load my chime card. Got there at 11:53pm and they were already closed, even though they weren't supposed to close until midnight.

Is it a trend to understaff Walgreens stores?? I will never go to this location again. Period. Feels like hours to check out in ALL departments. Always a long line at the cash register.

I don’t usually leave reviews in general but I’ve had the best customer service with this Walgreens today. They are so nice and helpful so I had to leave them a review.I’ve had a lot of issues with my local pharmacy and after explaining my issue, they were nice enough to allow me to fill it here but on top of that they had excellent customer service. The short blonde hair girl who was on the drive thru today even gave me a coupon that saved me $70.
