I realized today that this Walgreens pharmacy has messed up every single prescription I’ve had in the last 6 months. Every single one. To top it off, the rudeness and disrespect of the pharmacist and technicians is deplorable.Rude to me personally, and I’ve witnessed them talking openly about other customers while I wait in the stupidly long lines.
I’m currently waiting on a prescription from yesterday that simply wasn’t filled. No explanation, just that they “decided not to fill it”. Ridiculous. Will be switching to another chain. Honestly not sure why I’ve stuck with them so long.

I am so fed up with this Walgreens Pharmacy.
They never have the medication, even though the medication has been ordered for days previous, and a text has been sent telling you to pick up your medication..
Every single time, I go to pick up the medication they tell me they do not have it, and it must be ordered , it was not called in..
This is every single time month after month. I am so fed up with this pharmacy…

I have never had any trouble with filling my same prescription until a unexperienced kid gave me the wrong brand of albuterol . When all he had to do is look at my past history for the past years and see what prescription I get . To someone that has severe asthma brands make a difference . It’s like some people take ibuprofen and some take excedrin cause it works different for them . He wanted to then argue that he had already given me albuterol when all he had to do is look at my history and give me my usual medicine ! A total unexperienced unprofessional kid with no common sense .

Great Senior Employees, they do rotate trainees in and out sometimes and it's sometimes frustrating, but when you think about their hours that they required to work and the amount of customers they attend to, they manage to still do a great job. They are just as important as doctors and keep similar schedules, but people don't realize that our give them the same credit when credit is due. They maintain professionalism and patience "what some would call 'bed-side manners' beyond some doctors that I gave gone and no longer go to. Thank you for the Walgreens staff at 19302 Kuykendahl/Spring Cypress.

I'm a long-time customer of this Walgreens. I've always been happy with the staff. Renee is worth her weight in gold. She always does her best for everyone. There are often newbies who are perhaps nervous and learning the ropes. Give them a break. I will continue to use this pharmacy. I think they're great.

Been using this pharmacy for a while, grew up in Houston from 91-2010 and moved back with long covid in 2022. They've always been semi-bad, arguing with basic instructions from the doctor, the pharm assistants-employees ~basically anyone who isn't the pharmacist themselves~ have the worst attitudes. They go out of their way to inconvenience people by intentionally not doing what they're supposed to do. I had a drug that was supposedly ordered a week ago and everyday was told "it should be no problem, it'll be in by 1130am tomorrow" and after 5 days I just went ahead and said screw it. I'm sending it to Amazon pharmacy. I can wait 2 days at this point, you all have already screwed me.*Update - I figured out how to transfer my prescription online since this one wouldn't release the order and lo and behold did the prescription come in within 1 day to that pharmacy.This location is garbage - don't let them lie to you and treat you like you're less than. The pharm techs have attitudes and need to be replaced.

I went up here to get some documents printed, I sat there for 30 minutes while they helped a white lady but not me and when I finally spoke up they suggested that I go to another place because the machine was backed up… It was a frustrating experienced that caused me to miss my dmv appointment.

The cashier was rude I asked how much cash back can I get and just buy thinking about how much I need she told me " if I want it or not , if so i can get out the line " I'm a rude way highly disappointed

Unfortunately, this is the Walgreens that is right next door to my house and it's so disappointing. I've been going to this location for years and it's always been mediocre but I've never been so disrespected enough to complain until now. For starters there is never anybody working behind the counter to even check out your items to pay if you want to purchase. If an employee is there, they have the worst attitude and act like you're bothering them if you ask for help..even to only checkout your items and it's happened several times. I patiently waited in line today and was the only person waiting with nobody at the front checkout. After 10 minutes passed without an employee in sight, I finally decided to put down my basket full of items and leave the line to go find somebody and when I did the employee told me to go back and wait!! After finally waiting..again..and checking out my items, which I thought about just leaving, I was given an attitude and treated like a bother. Needless to say, I will just drive to a further Walgreens from now on and you should too!

Worst pharmacy ever. Terrible employees all around, just flat out rude, slow, bitter, and retarded. They constantly act like they don't know what they're doing everytime I'm there and proceed treat me like the dummy. I've been with this pharmacy since I was a child, that's changing asap!

I am super disappointed and beyond frustrated with your online vaccine system. I went specifically to the site to find a location that offered typhoid and yellow fever. I made my appointment and drove 45 min across town for the vaccine only to arrive at the location your site lists as a provider of the vaccines and be told that they do not provide these vaccines and they have been “asking corporate for months to change the website.” You guys need to do better. Period.

Would give a 0 but not an option. Called to see why rx was needing pharmacist review with 3 refills left. I have been put on hold 5 times to find out why. This is not the first time. I suggest they get more help or hire competent ppl. that can do their jobs..
