There is a super helpful and friendly manager(?) man working there but there is also a very not helpful woman with a British accent. Anytime I interact with her she creates an issue and proceeds to blame me for it, just rude and makes what should be an easy experience into something annoying.

To say the customer service is poor is an understatement. The pharmacy has about the worst customer service I have ever encountered. If you can help going somewhere else DO IT.

This Walgreens pharmacy is, without a doubt, the absolute worst I have ever encountered! Initially, they informed me that it would take a mere hour to fill my prescription, but lo and behold, it has now been a staggering hour and 30 minutes. Frustrated, I decided to venture inside, only to be met with yet another delay of an additional 10 minutes. It is imperative that you seek an alternative pharmacy unless you have an inexplicable desire to waste your entire day waiting for a simple Tylenol prescription.

The reason for these 3 stars are for the life saving Ms. Julie. I made a purchase last night and misplaced my receipt, the store manager argued me down and tried to force me into getting store credit even after using my store rewards phone number for the original transaction last night in order to return the item. Ms. Julie who stated she's been there 20years stepped in and saved the day!!!! Whooohooooo for you Ms. Julie for being an awesome knowledgeable Walgreens employee! The manager was new and had No knowledge of how the system worked, Walgreens should provide more training especially to managers or either make employees that's been with them for YEARS a manager. Those are the type of people we need in leadership. We work hard for our money & do not want to be told no refund. Keep up the great work Ms. Julie (you're awesome)

Walgreens employee lied to me about acceptable weight of a FedEx package drop-off.After hauling in a 44 pound box and placing it on their drop-off counter I was told they could not accept FedEx drop-off packages over 40 pounds.Back home I checked with FedEx and the maximum weight is actually 55 pounds. :-(

Puts things on the clearance right because they don't have space for it. So they need to make a shelf called don't have space but not on clearance either.

Literally in the drive thru lane for 20 mins for a covid test. Thrs no customer except me n my mom! Its a Saturday zero customer and been now 25 mins Ridiculous!!!!!
