If I can give 0 stars I would! This Walgreens is absolutely terrible. I want to give the employees the benefit of the doubt and say maybe they are understaffed but I really don’t know. All I can say is, if you RELY on your medication and need it at a certain time then don’t send your prescription here. I sat in my car for over an hour waiting in line just to get up to the window and tell her my name and then proceed to wait an additional 20 minutes just for the tech to come back to the window and tell me my prescription will be ready tomorrow. MIND you I called ahead of time around 2:30 to ask if my prescription was ready and was told that it’d be ready after 5:00p. I told the tech I confirmed it’d be ready at a certain time before hand and she stated “we’ve gotten behind on filling prescriptions and it’s pushed back the time” my heart plummeted into the pit of my stomach when I heard this because I have been trying to get my prescription for the past two days (closed for Labor Day, didn’t make it in time Sunday due to work) and I wasn’t able to get it today. I am on antidepressants, I cannot go days without it. I find it so unacceptable that this pharmacy does not have a better handle on filling patients prescriptions in a timely manner. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I have been a pharmacy customer here for 20 years. In the past 5 this pharmacy has been horrible. They have 1 good employee and she has been there for many years. The staff has no care for their customers. They rarely fill prescriptions on time. They know about drug allergies and fill medicines incorrectly anyway. When this is brought their attention, they make excuses and do not fix the issue. They say medicine is out of stock and has to come from their central fulfillment in Dallas. When questioned on it, they miraculously have some in stock. What was a caring neighborhood pharmacy has become the worst in the area.

If I could rate them a neg 5 stars I would!!! These folks are rude and have no knowledge of good customer service!!!! This is the story 9 out every 10 times I go there!!! Yesterday I was in line to pick up my meds with only one car ahead of me and when they finally finished them it was a minute after 8PM which is their closing time and they pulled the blinds down and placed their closed sign ? I know they saw I was in line before 8 PM but they don’t care!!!! I’ll be changing locations for sure!!!!

train your employees how to use a phone cause the girl just hung up on me when i had a question still about my prescription and i tried calling back right away and was put on hold for over 10 minutes just for the girl pretending to not know of our conversation from before. k thanks

Had an appointment for 2:15.. did all my forms online... ( Which I always need to re-do on-site)... Out by 2:40.. busy but punctual.

Complete rushed rat race‼️Shorted our medication 2X’s. Told just bring it back. I was treated like a liar, they whispered among themselves and finally filled it. Drive thru is a nightmare. Say their mic is broken. Rushed, fast talk with accents. Cars backed up‼️1st always rushed, they leave u, u stay still until they come back to talk again. RX,s are NEVER READY on time‼️‼️‼️Not professional and not welcoming. Certainly do not give a darn about “Health Concerns” as they brag about.

Love the ladies in the pharmacy department. Brittany and Jenny always so helpful, there aren't words to express how they have always been so kind, and pharmacist John Cathy, the best ever. No matter how busy he is, he always takes a minute to say hello. Best /favorite pharmacy in this area.
