I needed a prescription transfered to this location and Mr Hernández was very helpful in the process as the other Farmacy took their sweet time to transfer it. Very thankful.

Been using this pharmacy for a while, grew up in Houston from 91-2010 and moved back with long covid in 2022. They've always been semi-bad, arguing with basic instructions from the doctor, the pharm assistants-employees ~basically anyone who isn't the pharmacist themselves~ have the worst attitudes. They go out of their way to inconvenience people by intentionally not doing what they're supposed to do. I had a drug that was supposedly ordered a week ago and everyday was told "it should be no problem, it'll be in by 1130am tomorrow" and after 5 days I just went ahead and said screw it. I'm sending it to Amazon pharmacy. I can wait 2 days at this point, you all have already screwed me.*Update - I figured out how to transfer my prescription online since this one wouldn't release the order and lo and behold did the prescription come in within 1 day to that pharmacy. This location is garbage - don't let them lie to you and treat you like you're less than. The pharm techs have attitudes and need to be replaced.

Would give a 0 but not an option. Called to see why rx was needing pharmacist review with 3 refills left. I have been put on hold 5 times to find out why. This is not the first time. I suggest they get more help or hire competent ppl. that can do their jobs..

Slow slow slow at the drive up pharmacy. We moved to Spring a few months ago and can't say I am too thrilled with the slowwwww service. The pharmacy also closes from 1:30-2 just like a 3rd world country.

Lady working the cosmetics area is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products she orders and stocks. She had some good recommendations and suggestions based on her own use of those products. It made shopping at this Walgreens location a nice experience.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option ! This is for the pharmacy only ! There is a young girl working in the pharmacy , no name tag was visible . I went to pick up my prescription she gave me the total I asked if that was with the RX coupon she told me I couldn't use a coupon Bc I have insurance . I told her it's not a program its a discount card /coupon from the manufacturer given to me by the Dr and that I had used it 30 days ago and it was still good . I asked her to look at my account and she leaned over looked at the computer and said oh the price went up . So instead of taking the time to actually look and do her job she just decided to make something up. I didn't have time to argue with her so I paid and left . I will be transferring my prescriptions. Walgreens do better in training you pharmacy people!

Very friendly staff and a lot faster than the store at Kuykendahl and 2920 or the one at Louetta and Stunner Stubner Airline.

In my experience with this particular Walgreens’s I have always been treated with very friendly and professional staff. Even had the pharmacist call me at home to check on me after taking a new medication for a week. That was impressive to me.

Worst Pharmacy EVER. Do not use them unless you enjoy paying more than you should, or if you enjoy being told your RX is ready when it's not, or if you enjoy not being helped by knowledgeable, pharmacy associates. I have used this Walgreens for more than four years due to convenience of its location. The store staff is nice. The pharmacy and its management just can not get their act together. WORST EVER.

Nicely maintained store, but this intersection can be a real nightmare depending on when you come. I hardly ever go to Walgreen's, but this seems to be the only chain that carries a specific brand of children's cold medicine (the only one that works for me, and no, I am not a child -- it's just my weird drug sensitivities and allergies). Sure enough: Found what I was looking for. They also stocked a very wide range of children's OTC meds, unlike some other drug chains and grocery stores that carry very limited choices. Made a mental note that if I'm looking for a particular children's medication (whether for me or for my grandchildren), this is the place to go. Only gripe I have is the high price point on all of their merchandise. I was taken aback at the cost of some OTC meds here. I know they run sales (and coupons), but the only way to utilize those is if you're signed up for their rewards card program. Wish you didn't have to do that in order to save a few bucks. Check out was quick and pleasant and there actually wasn't a whole lot of traffic to encounter when I came here. Made the entrance and exit a whole lot easier and safer.
