It was a great experience with Pete today. I don't know what position he holds, but his customer service skills are exemplary.
He went above and beyond the call of duty!
The other people in the store should try to learn from him.
A few of them need more training to understand that customers basically write their paycheck.
Some of them behave as if the customer is an annoyance.
The store is clean and well organized and the stock is good.
This review is for the Walgreens on Sawdust Road in Spring, Texas.

Place is a scam . 20.99 in store but showed same going on their site 14.99 for store pickup. They said had to order online which makes no sense. Ordered for pickup waited 5 mins and got it. Literally the dumbest thing I've ever heard.

Best pharmacist I can recall ever having. Walgreens is a pharmacy and between doctors, insurance, and the company there are bound to be issues from time to time, which do occur. Sometimes we get calls and they don't actually have it or they can't get a refill for some reason, usually doctor or insurance related. These things can be frustrating. BUT, every pharmacy has these issues - every one! The pharmacist at this Walgreens always asks relevant questions - doesn't waste our time when it is not necessary, such as refills - AND is informed about questions related to medicine. I have watched him interact positively with other customers and even had to wait because he was chatting it up with an elderly guy who just wanted to talk; however, the pharmacist kept working and moving forward while being polite to this guy. The other pharmacy workers seem pretty good, too, probably due to leadership back there. I can say I don't always walk away from Walgreens having had a perfect experience, but I have had so many great experiences here that I fear having to switch to a different pharmacy. The good way outweighs the bad.

Very helpful, courteous store and photo center. The pharmacy is efficient with top notch customer service. Easy parking and access. We’re very thankful for this store.

I have never seen a Walgreens low on stock literally everytime I walk in. At least 90% of the time I go here, they never have iso alcohol (90% specifically but they are always low on 70%). It's like it's a super rare item that can only be shipped from some desolate area that only ships out 1 crate a month via golf cart.

This location is currently closed but they have not updated their hours on the door, or in google. When you call the location you get a message stating they are closed. So they obviously are aware but have not updated their hours. You cannot trust the hours for this location and you might waste valuable time driving here to figure that out firsthand. The CVS across the street seems to be consistent.

I called this afternoon and needed to find a prescription for my wife. That has been on backorder at other pharmacies. All around town. I got ahold of the pharmacist at this Walgreens.. he was not polite under any circumstance. . he told me flat out. He would not refill this prescription. I believe the man thinks he's a doctor or a God. I will never do b1usiness with this Walgreens location ever again. . I went through this the last time we did this prescription with him. he said he wouldn't refill it. then the doctor called him the next day snd surprise. Surprise, he filled it. this pharmacist is my. Opinion should not be working for Walgreens

This Walgreens has the very worst Pharmacy in this area .They rarely check for Doctors faxed in prescriptions, thus when you show up 4 hrs after seeing the doctor - they do not have your prescription ready. When you call at ANYTIME of the day, to check on your prescription, they will keep you on the phone for up to 18 minutes by picking up the receiver and then hanging it up. This store/pharmacy is a training store, thus the staff rotates out of the store once they learn their jobs, us the customers now get a NEW employee for us the train. The interior is old, and needs to be updated. Avoid this store,you would be better of driving an extra couple of miles on Rayford to a modern well managed facility. Plus the Sawdust Pharmacy is often out of the medication you need, they do not bother to check around to close by Walgreens to let you know that 3 miles or ? You can get your needed medication. Time to close or rebuild this Sawdust location.

The worst pharmacy I have ever seen my prescription was out of stock when I called to ask when it would arrive? I was put on hold 45 minutes then I was disconnected!!!!! Great customer service I’m done with this pharmacy!!!!

WORST PHARMACY PLACE!... I WAS ON HOLD 3 TIMES YESTERDAY 10/09/23 FOR MORE THAN 45 MINS...COULDN'T REACH NOBODY.. LEFT A VOICEMAIL.. PATIENT GOES TO GO SEE IF ITS READY.. AND THEY TELL THEM WE NEVER CALL IN ANYTHING.. WELL OF COURSE YALL NEVER ANSWER.. SO WE LEFT A VOICEMAIL.. NEED NEW STAFF

What can I say that hasn’t been said before? Staff simply doesn’t give a sh-*t. Called at 3p (Mon) for pharmacy. Held 26 minutes. Said needed to check and would call back. 515p and no call back. Called again. Held doe 42 minutes. Same person, said “got busy” and asked me to hold and they “would check on updated script now”. Held another 17 minutes to be told for what they needed from Dr and would order medicine (out of stock) and would be there in 2 days. Good times.
