worst Walgreens pharmacy ever there is 4 woman in the back who hide from customers including the pharmacist you will be waiting in line or in the drivethrough for over 30 minutes with no acknowledgement even if the lady is standing in front of the window. Walgreens needs to hire better employees that aren't lazy and incompetent.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY! They are rude and not careful about giving you the correct medicine. I recently went to pick up my prescription and they almost gave me the wrong medication (a medication that gave me a extremely bad side effects). I caught their mistake and they had the nerve to act like I was getting on their nerves for mentioning the error. Not mention, they didn’t even apologize or have the correct medication filled. Save yourself from this pharmacy. Pharmacy techs at this location, do better.

I had one of the worst experiences here trying to pick up my money. 2 Hispanic women working on the same shift, a manager plus an employee they gave me 150 dollars in one dollar bills just because they had a disgusting attitude since I got there. They caused trouble to 2+ clients being unable to solve simple problems. I hope the store teach them how to fix their attitude and their faces too!

Always “busy” and be prepared to stand. They have 2 seats only in the waiting area. Been waiting for an hour and a half and still haven’t got the vaccine.

Walgreen's just provides a lousy customer experience. 9 weeks ago my doctor prescribed a medical device. Walgreen's told me it would be ready in about 2 weeks. I checked back then and was told it would be ready in about 2 days. I checked back in 2 days and was told it would be ready in 2 days. I checked again in 2 days and was told it would be ready in 2 days. This went on for roughly 7 more weeks. Today I checked with the product manufacturer directly to see if maybe there was a shortage and they assured me I should be able to get the product in no more than a couple weeks. I had one last prescription for a regular medication I had to pick up with them. I show up to find a sign that says "We're closed for lunch each day at the times posted in the drive thru window." There were traffic cones in front of the two drive thru lanes so I couldn't get to the window to see the times. It was 1:05pm. I sat in my car for half an hour waiting for them to remove the cones and resume. After waiting 45 minutes I went inside and found out lunch was from 1:30-2pm. I went outside to the drive thru window and the poorly written hand scrawled note said, "Drive thru drawer is broken. Please come inside for service." If they had not put the cone up in front of that window I would have been able to actually read that sign. OR they could have printed a bigger sign so people could actually read it. Oh well, when I waited inside, I looked around. When I go to a pharmacy to pick up medications, I want it to look and feel like a hospital. I want it to be clean and well maintained. This pharmacy had none of that. There was a LOT of paint chipped off the door. Their COVID signs were all scratched and dirty. There was an unpatched hole in the wall. Many of the places where people put their hands were filthy. There were many things scattered on the floor that should have been swept up. One of their free-standing signs was broken and had to lean on a box. There was a water stain on the ceiling. The bottom line is that they just don't care. They showed up to re-open after lunch about 3 minutes late and then I had to wait another 3 minutes while they chatted. When they asked me if I wanted to enter my phone number for rewards points, I said "No, because this is my last visit in this pharmacy." They asked if my insurance was no longer supported by them. I said, "No. You just provide lousy service." If they really cared about providing good service they would have had their manager come talk to me to find out what the issues were. Instead I got someone mumbling to me with a heavy non-English accent. After asking her what she was saying a couple times, I just nodded my head and smiled. Walgreen's is by no means the only or worst company to provide lousy customer service. I find it more the norm anymore. I, for one, just won't put up with mediocre service. I'll fire 10 pharmacies until I find one that really wants my business and is willing to provide me great service to get it. I'll even pay MORE for outstanding customer service.

I called Friday to get my 5 month old sons seizure medication refilled and they told me they had to order it and it would be there Monday. So I go up to the store on Monday and they tell me that they still don't have it and my son needs this medication every night to make sure he doesn't have seizures and I can't get it early because my insurance won't let me and so I have to wait until he's basically out to get more. After they informed me that they didn't have his medication like they said they would I asked about the medication he has to take if he does have a seizure and she told me it's on back order and every time I have called about that medication they never seem to have it. Not to mention how long I have to wait to just talk to the pharmacist on the phone is just ridiculous I called at 1:00pm and was on hold until 1:30pm and then the operator said they are going on lunch and I will have to wait until they are back. For being a PHARMACY where people go to get the medication they absolutely need you would expect them to answer a whole lot faster than half an hour and to be stocked on medication that is crucial to some peoples daily lives. Being a new mother it is very irritating when I can't get my sons medication I even had to go an entire weekend without medication at all and scared out of my mind that my son would have a seizure and that should not happen.

You’re store is not reliable my baby could have died with hunger. Same day delivery until 1121 pm no feedback of my order. I called the hotline and according to the agent no one was answering. And that they will not be able to deliver already because door dash don’t deliver after 9pm. I ordered at 730pm there’s still few hours. You can hurt or kill someone. Close your same day delivery if you can’t keep up. I am really angry. Changing my preferred pharmacy starting tomorrow. Rejane

I went to this Walgreens to pick up medication. While one employee and I were disagreeing on a subject, the Pharmacist had the gall to interject herself , loud enough that all customers could hear. She and I exchanged words and she said she was trying to move the line along. All the while , she had her son on speakerphone while calling out all patient’s medications. So much for moving the line along. I have contacted Walgreens corporate and will be inquiring to the AMA with regards to the privacy of customers.

I would give this Walgreens 5 stars if it weren't for the male pharmacist (Michael P). I feel like I should take away more stars when I think of this person's behavior but that would not be fair for the rest of its employees. We moved to this area March 2019 and the very first time I stepped foot here was due to my 2 year old getting extremely sick. After leaving my pediatrician's office I made my way directly to the pharmacy to make sure I got her medicine as promptly as possible. There was one customer at the counter, talking to Michael P. I sat holding my baby girl full of worry and exhaustion for a couple of minutes before she started to jolt and vomit. I had no time to run to the restroom. I didn't even know where it was located since it was my first time there. Michael P, and everyone else somewhat close to the pharmacy checkout counter saw it all happening - I was directly in-front of him, probably 4, 5 feet away. He looked straight into my eyes twice. Both times cruelly with disgust and disapproval. Never asking if I needed help, if my daughter was ok, or even just to hand me some paper towels. Nothing. He finished his conversation, made a 45 degree turn back to a computer, and acted like he never saw a thing. The man that he was talking to came to me after their conversation quickly asking if I needed help and walked away. The pharmacy tech rushed to assist as soon as she noticed - several minutes after my baby started throwing up, after Michael P was already on his computer completely ignoring me. He could have at least told someone else to help me if he didn't want to bother himself with my situation. I was tempted to sarcastically thank him for being such a professional, ethical medical professional but I was already fighting back tears caused by the overwhelm of emotions- worry, fear, helplessness, exhaustion, embarrassment. I wish I could say this was the only time I had to be in the presence of this ogre but since I have made this my go-to pharmacy I have crossed paths with him several other times. His attitude is always the same - smug, narcissist, unprofessional, glares of disgust, annoyance, disrespectful, grumpy, evasive. This "man" must hate his job or maybe even his life because he takes it out on everyone around him every second of his day. He absolutely should not be in the medical field or any customer facing position. There is also a wonderful, extremely helpful, older black woman there that has made it worth returning. She is also a pharmacist and always has a welcoming smile, is attentive to any questions or concerns one may have. She is caring, loving, professional, and wholehearted. I feel horrible for not knowing her name. The front end of the store always has helpful, welcoming employees. David goes above and beyond.

Michael the pharmacy manager, denied my Rx and feels like he can judge what my doctor says I need. They waited until after my doctor office is closed to say they wouldn't be filling it, and gave me the run around. Now I have to wait til tomorrow morning and call my doctor and have him send to another pharmacy. I've gotten this prescription before from them before without issue the last time(6 months ago). He refused to give me a print out of policy. They got the right one today. They freely give others the medications they need. But I come in and it's a problem. The pharmacists discriminate and that's unacceptable. This same pharmacy gave my mom issues when she was dying of cancer with her medications.
