Great customer service but my nails turned out horrible! My nails are so thin it looks like they will break easily and the nails are already lifting. I asked for a certain design and it’s no way near it. My pedicure was perfect and I absolutely loved it. For the price I paid not my nails was not it. I would not come back for my nails, but definitely for a good pedicure I will.

They took me last minute on a Sunday night that was a plus. My first time here and loved it. Even though I got there 30 mins before they closed they didn't rush and did a great job. The foot massage was AMAZING. I will definitely be coming back

This place is the absolute worst! I went in for a pedicure the tech asked me at least 8 times to do an up-charge for better scents. No one in there could do a French tip nail only one person and she was busy with appointments so they refused to do my nails and I left a $2 tip for my pedicure and she charged herself a $20 tip instead. I called to fixed the charges and told me to call back later. So I had to show up in person to fix the charges I did not authorize. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHADY PLACE.

The amount of time and care provided here was above and beyond my expectations. The venue has a nice inviting setting and complimentary massage during my volcanic pedicure was top notch. Thought I was there for 30-45min and was there for more than an hour. Pedicure was detailed, relaxing, and worth the cost! I recommend to anyone looking for a great Nail Spa location for their needs!

I received the worst nail refill service ever. I went here after being in the hospital nearly 3wks. I asked for a refill, I was the only one in there at the time and the worker acted as if they were arguing over who should do it. The man that did my refill was very rude and rough. I attempted several times to tell him how I liked my nails and he ignored me. I called the manager over to express my concerns 2 times. He did attempt to assist him, but the man seemed to do as he pleased. Every time I tried to tell him what I wanted, he didn’t understand and began speaking in his native language and doing whatever he wanted. I didn’t want to cause a seen so I allowed him to finish, and casually went to the front desk and asked for the manager again, who was now on the phone. One of the ladies that worked there and was polishing plastic nails when I arrived stated “I don’t see any wrong with yo nail, what you want”. I then stated this unacceptable showing, polish, and powder on my fingers. I continue to wait for the manager who was still on the phone, but was in plain view. The same lady came back over and stated “He said your nails looked bad when you came in just wash your hands a few times and the polish will come off. 40 dollars”. As if that’s a logical explanation for the poor job. After waiting a few more minutes, I kindly pulled out 30 dollars and paid what I felt I should pay. I gave myself a 10 dollar discount, but at least I paid, others stated I shouldn’t have paid anything. I could definitely say maybe I was treated with such poor service because of my race, but I will attribute it to the lack of experience and customer service training.Service: Nail cut & filing

Just left the salon so upset they did not honor my $8 birthday discount, granted it expired Labor Day which was closed and they close Tuesday, and I’ve been a customer for years!! Before they had a kiosk and stamped their card, that’s how long, they did not even transfer my previous points and then no bday discount because it is 3 days expired. On top of which I asked for a refill, every single nail you can see the old color along the edge of each one of my nails. All along both “managers” were there and have worked on my nails multiple times. smh
