Jimmy, Crystal, and Tiana are always so helpful and sweet. Great team with great customer service. Have been coming to see them for a few years and I couldn’t have nicer things to say. You WILL NEVER have a bad experience when entering their store. Always fun and laughs!! Oh and they are great at fixing glasses and I always leave with my glasses in better condition then before.

I work right next door to this place and heard about some really good deals going on, so i decided to come in and was treated with amazing customer service. My glasses arrived in a very reasonable time and i absolutely love my new pair! and they’re even open on the weekends, very convenient!

Jimmy was great and a true professional!!! I originally came in there to get my glasses fixed because the lens popped out but after him cracking a few jokes and making us laugh he’s managed to make me a customer at his store. I plan on returning and getting a few pairs because the field I’m in I always manage to break a few pairs. Thank you jimmy for the great service.

My first time with prescription glasses and everyone on staff was very helpful walking me through the process. When I panicked upon first trying on my new pair, Jimmy Dennis, the general manager, was calm and talked me off the ledge. He assured me Visionworks would work with me until I was satisfied. He had a couple of suggestions which I followed, and he was right! I now love my new eyesight and even went back and got sunglasses!I highly recommend!!
