Very nice, patient staff. Tons of styles. Clean store and polite staff. What's not too love! The optician next door is wonderful too. I got a discount on my purchase because I am an AARP member -- Bonus! I didn't know about but the person helping me did and he saved me money by telling me. This I really appreciate most of all.

Closing time was approaching but we were never rushed to complete our choices and did not realize the store was closed until our optician excused herself and locked the door. She helped us to navigate our insurance coverage and was honest about need vs. unnecessary to minimize our out-of-pocket cost. Knowledgeable and helpful with a bonus of friendly and kind. A very positive experience.

I've benn going here for a long time. I stopped for awhile because I felt the glasses all looked the same. I came back and found they added some really nice looking glasses. I purchased a pair!

The eye doctor office staff is amazing!! The glasses store service was great also, however, the pricing is very misleading. I was advised that i would receive a discount on the 2nd pair of frames. Each pair cost was $159, with insurance. For both pair was $380 and for 1 pair was $190. Thats definitely not a discount. Then, with all the new technology, why does it take 2 weeks to get the glasses back? A week should be the max!! I highly doubt I'll be going back to the glasses store. I will definitely be back for the eye doctor though

Vision Works on Cypresswood has excellent customer service and nice array of eyewear. They listen to what you want, assess your needs and out comes a product that you are satisfied with.

Poor training and even worse customer service.Went in to have the nose pads replaced with silicone ones. The employee was struggling to get the old ones removed. I offered to wait for the other employee because ibwas worried she was going to mess up my glasses. She insisted she got it and while I waited she mentioned that if something happened to the lenses they were covered.10 minutes later, she gives up and has the coworker help, he gets it fixed right away. I get home and see a 1.5 inch scratch down my lense that wasn't there before. I feel bad bc I don't want to get the worker in trouble but after about a week go in and ask for a replacement of the lense.1)I get told it's an old rx so they will have to use a newer rx...fine not much of a change so I am okay with one updated lense2)states that there will be a fee but will ask manager what kind of discount can be applied they will call me on Monday3) by Thursday, no call so I call4)manager can't take the time to call puts employee #3 to call to say they can give 50% off the lense. For a mistake they did???? I could understand covering their cost of a lense but anything above that seems wrong.5) I am told employee 1 was wrong to tell me that breakage would be covered...not helpful after the fact.Sooo after a year enter at your own risk, and don't trust what is said, get it in writing.
