Stephanie went way beyond duty to clean and readjust reinstall lenses that I'd really messed up trying to repair on my own. I've been a loyal customer since they were Eye masters. No matter the location I am taken care of.

I went to a VSP vendor in Tomball and they were somewhat dismissive. I came here night and day. They have a very friendly staff. They greeted everyone that came in. They were aware of the insurance plan and gave me two separate option to repair or replace my glasses. They replaced the frames on site and made sure the fit and look were great. I would definitely recommend.

Stephanie was very helpful in helping myself and my wife with our glasses ordering. My wife had a problem with one pair recently purchased and she took the time to explain what was wrong and took care of everything. Highly recommend this location if you need prescription glasses.
