Not a pleasant experience.

More dishonesty.
Part of my unpleasant experience with this company was the manager being less than honest to say the least.
I wont dive into all the details, I’ve wasted enough time on them. save yourself the headache. Don’t be nickel n dimed or lied to.
There are good, hardworking and honest flooring companies out there.

We are very happy with our floor installation. Eduardo was helpful and professional from day 1 to finish. Jose and his team are very nice to work with and we would highly recommend them. It took them longer than promised, but they did everything with attention to details. Overall, we had a stress free floor installation. They were careful with all our furniture that they moved, and at the end put everything back as it was.

We had a problem with tiles in my entryway lifting off the floor. The tile is discontinued and Eduardo Sagrera helped us come up with a design using a similar tile. The result was outstanding! The team that did the work was Elico and his helpers. They were so nice and very careful with my home. I would highly recommend the company and the work crew.

As a result of the winter storm, my house was gutted after two pipes burst, flooding my home. I had to replace the wood floors in my living area, tile in my kitchen and carpet in three bedrooms. Bernadette, who owns, "Viking Carpet One Floor & Home" worked closely with me to select the replacement flooring. She was wonderful to work with, which made the process that much easier. Bernadette and her team were very efficient, dependable, organized and quite skillful, as I had some tile placement that was quite intricate. Her showroom is very impressive, offering a wide selection of flooring options. Her company also provides services for countertops, backsplash, vanities, tubs, kitchen cabinets, etc. I highly recommend Bernadette and her company for all your flooring needs and beyond. You won't be disappointed.
