Recommended the $52 plan that cost more, but forgot to mention it is 52 per person plus the 20 per line. I will stick with my 110 plan which is 150 cheaper. Verizon always trying to kick you out of a good plan by deceit!

Don't waste your time coming to this store! Go to another! Saleman obviously doesn't care about making sales and was completely rude to my daughter and I from the start. No greeting, no introduction, not even eye contact! No matter what I asked or how I asked he was rude. I can totally understand being rude if I had been rude but his attitude was there from the start before I even asked any questions. I walked out and will literally switch phone companies because of how I was treated. This person definitely doesn't belong in a sales job position. Zero quality sales. So don't waste your time coming here you won't get any help buying a phone.

Version corporate is charging me extra money for their mistake of double charging for services of a business account after I terminated the service. Service people at the business office not helpful in resolving the issue

Great staff, professional and courtesy is number one.I drove twenty minutes just to make a payment. I have at least two other Verizon locations within five minutes from home. I wouldn't give those two particular locations any of my business.

Negative stars!!! Do not deal with Verizon. Ever. Sara with customer relations at the corporate level which you would think would have a clue .....was extremely rude and unhelpful. They'd rather lose business than talk to you.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Unprofessional and rude picks and chooses who they deal with. Manager personally disregarded that as service is first come first served that I had been waiting 30+ minutes and dealt with the Caucasian customer. Manager named Tawanta deserved to be sent back to training. Extremely annoyed and would probably never return to this location and definitely considering dropping Verizon altogether based on the disregard.

Awful store. Never enough people to help. I went Saturday at 2 pm. It was closed. After 5 you need an appointment. After 22 yes as a customer, never changing carriers, i am ready to change carriers. No longer the gold standard of customer service. No longer the best of the best, no longer the company making others rise to the challenge. Support closes early. Customer service. Closes when the sun goes down and you are not the best part of Verizon. I am done. After all this time I must leave and give my loyalty to another.

The absolute WORST SERVICE EVER at a Verizon store. Under staffed & incompetent employees. Actually only one employee & trainee present. They were not interested in helping or even pretending to help. I was told I was in the “Que”. Whatever that means. Terrible Customer Service.?☹️
