This is not a real Verizon. They don't honor corporate Verizon agreements. Terrible management. And horrible customer service. Get told one thing one day, and the next day something completely different.

I purchased phones June this year for 4 lines.... still waiting for 4th phone bill was suppose to be $45 a piece but my bill has been $550. For 2 months I have called and called ppl say it's changed its not... I'm taking them back and goin to prepaid this is ridiculous

Worst customer service experience and they will screw you and charge you all kinds of fees will not ever use the people ever again. I've had accounts for atleast 8 years and are terrible to its customers

A certain cell phone company kept telling me we're working on our towers. After paying for phone service for 4 months and getting no service, Verizon hooked me up. I dropped the other guys like a hot rock!

Great team that knows what they are doing. The staff here are knowledgeable and will be able to help with any needs you may have. Even if you're switching from another carrier! I recommend this Verizon store.

My experience with changing my provider today was 100% stress free! Amazing customer service! Such a quick and easy transition! Cassandra was 100%. I will be returning to Cassandra for all my cell phone needs!

My experience with Casandra was GREAT!!! Even with the superrrrr inconvenience and what seemed like foreverrrrr of switching from Sprint/T-Mobile Due to there unwilling to make things easy to port numbers and access account information. She made me and my family feel great about our choice. We spent dang near a whole day in her store trying to get sprint to cooperate and set us free lol she didn’t rush or make us feel like we were a inconvenience to her. She even hooked us up with some great deals and helpful tips on our new phones !!! Being the only worker in store at the time she handled it well she never missed a beat between us, answering the company phone, to helping others that walked in she was AWESOME!!!

Our visit to the store was great. Cassandra was very helpful in getting our service transferred from T-Mobile to Verizon. She explained all the costs and plans that suited what we were looking for. She took the time to make sure everything transferred to the new phones. She made the process pretty painless. Thank you.
