I have been going to Vape City for years. Had good business with them for the most part. The problem I have with them is that some of their products are defective and the refuse to exchange them. Now I am a good customer and have never requested to exchange anything before. I bought 3 coils and one of the was defective only bought It like 45 mis ago.I called and asked to exchange it. They refused to exchange the coil for me. Kept giving me a hard time. Saying that it can't be open. How would I know it doesn't work unless I opened it? I work for a smoke shop myself and if our products were defective at all we do exchange them. Doesn't matter if they are open because you wouldn't know they were defective unless you tried using them.

This company is officially losing my business. The employees suck, the products suck.Zero consistency and they NEVER have what you’re looking for. Highly recommend happy hippie on 105 going east!
