I quickly ran in for milk on Saturday. No hello, despite my addressing him. I tried again as I approached the desk, nothing. I paid $5 for a half gallon of milk and said thank you... nothing. I said you're welcome and I will NEVER return. My money is good elsewhere.

The older man behind the counter is the most rude and unfriendly human being I have ever met! Never responds to my greeting or thanks, literally ignores every word. I have been coming here for a couple of years and just told myself, maybe he is just a miserable person with a miserable life. I swore I would never return again a couple weeks ago after seeing him berate an elderly woman for accidentally dropping her soda and telling her she was going to have to pay for a new one, while continuing to talk bad about her to me when she left. Well I made the mistake of going there tonight, purely out of convenience. I was paying with some cash and some change (mostly quarters and dimes...no pennies) because I am broke. As he counted the $4.00 in change he proceeded to tell me that next time he would not accept it if it was not rolled. I explained that it wasn't enough change to make a full roll and he just angrily repeated himself. I told him that is OK because there won't be a next time and I will not be back. In the car I could tell he was still talking about me because the 3 customers in line were all staring at me through the window. He may be the owner, I don't know. If he isn't then he really needs to be terminated and find employment where he doesn't have to deal with people!

Worst Customer Service Ever! The cashier wears dirty latex gloves. Never speaks. Is very rude when he does speak. I will never patronize this convenience store again. DETAILS.. A copy of my receipt is posted. I bought 99cent drink. I washed the lid (unopened can) and the drink slipped out my hand and spray drink out. I picked it up and showed to the owner/cashier and he saw what happened but still asked me. I told him that it slipped out my hand and I dropped it. Can I get another can? He said that I would have to pay for another can. I said excuse me??? He begins raising his voice at me telling me it's my fault because I washed the lid. (Imagine the guy with the dirty latex gloves touching everybody's purchases having a problem with me washing off a can lid that he put his nasty gloved hand on.) There were other customers in line while he is yelling at me. He says while waving his hand wildly at me, to go get another drink but if I wash the lid and it falls then he won't replace it. I say to him in return, that as many times as I have purchased things in your store and you're acting like I stole it instead of dropped a 99 cents drink.... I will never but another item in here again. The customers were looking at him with disgust and shocked that he's tripping over a dollar accident. Now, it was after I left that I thought "I should of got a refund because of his poor customer service skills and being outright nasty over an honest accident. Most places would have just said get another drink. He showed all the ugliness over a 99 cent can of soda... hmmm smh. Honestly, if it weren't for the great pizza shop next door. I wouldn't even stop there for gas.

Yeah the dude that's always there behind the counter is short in conversation and doesn't give the proper greeting of the day but who is really there to receive out of this world customer service? Give me my beer and let me get out of here and he accommodates just that.

One star is 1 too many. I've been in that place twice the 1st time I went in I was treated so rudely I said I would never go again but it's right in Front of my neighborhood. Today is Christmas (6:45p.m)and I wanted to get A couple of monsters saw a sign 2 for 5. My daughter and I went inside I got 2 monsters brought them to the counter and the clerk told me the flavors I brought up are not included in the sale even though it clearly states all flavors in the poster on the outside of the building. I hate going in this place but was the only place open.My 2nd time in here and the same rude guy was here. This guy needs to be dealt with by losing his job!!

It takes alot to go to the effort of griping about a convenience store. The guy in the evenings here is something else. Never smiles or greets you just an overall bad dude for a store. Besides being rude he always make funny rules on the fly. Like tonight I was going to spend more than $10 and buy a power ball tic but tonight cash only due to lotto. Everywhere lets you use debit with a pin for lotto. Ridiculous. Been stopping in for years mainly because of Tony's next door. But next time I need anything I'll go elsewhere. There's plenty of other reviews here that say the same thing. The other little store at louetta and old louetta is much friendlier.

A lot of products to choose from.The staff is always nice. Plenty of staff to help out the long lines. This Valero is a very busy location. It's easy to get in and out .

Stopped in last night to cash in a couple scratch offs and get new onesand the clerk legit told me "we don't cash them, we only sell them" which is absurd. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
