Every stereotype you've ever heard about post offices applies here x100. The wait time in line is extremely slow and painful and the employees here make the employees at the DMV look happy and cheerful. I went to pick up my mail from having a vacation hold on it with the instructions that I would pick up mail at the post office and the woman went into the back and said "we don't have your mail, the carrier must have pulled it". So now I need to see where my mail ended up. My advice is if there's any way to handle your business online or someplace else do it!

"I had the pleasure of being assisted by Clerk 5 at USPS, and I must say, his customer service was truly exceptional. Not only was he knowledgeable and efficient, but he also went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Clerk 5 was patient, friendly, and exhibited a genuine care for providing the best service possible. His professionalism and dedication to his job is commendable. I highly recommend Clerk 5 to anyone in need of assistance at USPS. Thank you, Clerk 5, for your outstanding service!"

We had an appointment for my newborn to apply for his passport on 3.6.2024 at 1:30 pm the above-mentioned location. We reached there at 1:25 pm and stood in line until 1:55 pm as the clerk with the name tag 'Tran' was busy processing three other people's passport applications. Then when we reached him, he behaved unbelievably rude first by stating that we had no appointment. We repeated the name of my newborn politely then he said that we were never in the line when he called my baby's name. In reality, we were standing on the line which another clerk showed us designated for a passport appointment. Then 'Tran' again behaved completely unacceptable way by stating he never saw us on the line (we stood 10 feet away from him). Ultimately he refused and our whole time was wasted. I want this 'Tran' guy to know that this sort of customer service is unacceptable and he should be held accountable.

Every time I go to this post office, Pinecroft The Woodlands Texas, the employees are always very helpful and nice. Today I went into the mailing area to make sure I didn't need to put any additional money on a prepaid envelope that i was mailing to a government office. Very helpful!

Usps Website for this locations say they do walk in passports from 2:45pm-3:45pm Tues-Thurs. My husband I took off work early. We arrived at 2:45pm exactly and we're told that they handed out 4 tickets for today at 1:30pm. This is extremely ? unfair and very misleading.

The worst service. The person in charge of shipping claim is haughty and rude. She didn't let me explain my situation, she just said that all the packages have been in another state since December, that they are not in Texas. It never searches the computer or the system. I can claim in a month if I want a refund. That's how it was with another before me. The client was very calm and respectful and she was rude. They must teach customer service classes.

Looked pretty shabby inside with a long line. I gave up the moment I went in. I might come back after new years!

WOW... Look at all these bad reviews... I have had to interact with this property 3 times with 3 different employees and all were rude, unprofessional, and had ZERO customer service including a supervisor Kiana. I dread contact with this property, it's so uncomfortable. How in the world has this property not received the attention of district or regional management with all the complaints. The district needs to start over and hire all new employees or do some MAJOR customer service training. It's unexceptable the way people are treated at this location.

Came first time for order keys for a new home. After they had said my address is not under their service range, it does. When ordered, They informed us the waiting for the keys could be more than 2 months and while then, a lot of packages have been lost. Horrific service.

Went to get a passport as a walk-in, but the times they told me they did walkins was from 130 until close, this is not what their website shows, which I told them. Instead of looking to see and verifying what I said (and making sure to fix it), they just blew me off, so now everyone else will also have the wrong info too. I was like that’s fine, I also have an appointment at 11:00, to which he then told me I was not on the list, despite showing him TWO verification emails from the post office and a literal video of me making the appointment (because the PO is a complete disaster and I expected this to happen). Next to me another employee was refusing to help a man forward his mail to a P.O. Box, his new house won’t have a postal box temporarily until it’s done being built. The lady that was there before me was having an issue with the same two men.At some point you have to realize *everyone* else is not the problem, the PO, especially these employees are just horrible people and want to fight with everyone. I used to dislike dejoy but now I hope he uses reviews like this to help privatize some of their functions like passports, the same way private companies help issue KTN (for TSA pre check) and fires incompetent rude employees.

The line was long but that’s expected this time of year. They need more workers. The lady that helped me was extremely nice!

Convenient location. Nice people. Efficient by comparison. Have keep your eyes open or use GPS because it can be easy to miss being located behind trees. But that in itself is a good thing too. We use this location quite a bit since it’s convenient to my wife’s work location. It’s busy so I would check how busy it it on Google before I set out to go to minimize your wait times.
