DISAPPOINTED! The passport lady, Naomi, was completely rude and racist, she looked annoyed when I spoke to my dad in my native language to explain to him, basically look annoying every single minutes. She told us to wait as we were 30 minutes early, which is understandable, and kept saying 10:30 was our appointment time but when we arrived at 10:30 she told us to wait, then went on to do something else. What a rude and unpleasant experience. The whole process was just bad. If you don't want to work then quit, we don’t wants you here! DO NOT RECOMMEND, IF YOU NEEDS PASSPORT SERVICE, GO TO A DIFFERENT ONE.

I come here a few times a year to return or ship packages. pretty fast line even when the line is to the door. Never had a problem.

I went in to do a small simple return shipment and I was told I would need to purchase a roll of tape when my tiny little box would only need 1 piece. This place is a joke.

Long story short, if you’ve exhausted all of your avenues for assistance before going in to this post office, you’re definitely not going get any help here either.
Called for assistance to the main USPS help # and was told to go to a location. Went to the Old Town Spring post office and they told me to go to the Louetta location. Called the number for this location that I was given by the Old Town Spring post office and as soon as I was transferred to an individual they put me on hold, they picked up, didn’t say anything and put me on hold (or mute). I stayed on just to see how long it would take while I drove there and saw that there were hardly any cars in the parking lot and no one in line.
Manager had an attitude with me right out the gate because I wasn’t aware that my phone was setting off some sort of buzzer on the counter. Then when I told her that I was instructed to go there for help she looked at me like I was SOL and told me to write my information on a piece of paper and they “might be able to help” me. You’d be dumb as rocks if you couldn’t see the writing all over her face that she wasn’t going to do a single thing for me.
People like this just validate my contempt for most people in general. ?THANKS!!!!

Terrible terrible terrible service. They never answer their phone. Some supervisor guy called me back after I did a service request online because they don’t answer their phone and when I told him that I had called multiple times and there was no answer he tried to gaslight me asking me “well what number are you calling?” And “well I’m calling you right now” how about the phone number provided on the website designated to this specific location! He was not helpful at all, zero hospitality. I hate the this is my local post office. These supervisors working at this location need to be trained.

Terrible service, bad treatment of people, they don't solve problems, they make you wait a long time and in the end they speak to you very rudely.

Customer service is the worst! Came in for passport services and the lady was extremely rude and even yelled at us. Unbelievable! There has been so many negative reviews on here and no one does anything about it!

I just received a card in the mail postmarked in SC on June 15. Today is July 13! Not acceptable at all. The corner was torn also.

Can you give this location lower than a 1 star? Because they seem to be careless with their public image. Post Master doesnt seem to care how bad or rude the employees are!! My main issue is NOT against the office it self,but read other peoples reviews. My MAIN ISSUE IS THAT THE DELIVER PERSON.
This person CAN'T APPARENTLY READ ADDRESSES!! I live in a community with the standard group mail boxes. He continues to put the wrong packages,letters,etc in the wrong boxes. Yet it is NOT UNCOMMON TO HAVE SOMEONE ELSE MAIL AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK. '
Apparently PINE READS PIN to this fool. I HAVE LOST MAIL, PACKAGES DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS and i have actually had to track it down myself to only find my package at the wrong address!!! One i have yet to locate. Should he be fired? YES, ITS NOT A ONE TIME OCCURRENCE. The REASON PEOPLE RIP ON THE POST OFFICE IS BECAUSE OF OFFICES LIKE THIS ONE...

It was great as it was closed, I just needed to mail a letter which is always available. It was pouring rain so I was able to park right up front .I didn't want to get wet and melt.

I have started using this location to send the majority of my packages. There is the occasional wait, but outside of that customer service has been great.

Passport office-how is this woman not violating HIPPA laws? She’s literally yelling people’s personal information for everyone to hear! Get her out of there! Put her in the back. Absolutely disrespectful! she even tried insinuating that my kids were fatherless asking out loud if they had a father on thier birth certificate, without opening the certificates I had right in front of her on the counter, All this because my husband wasn’t present and deployed! OUTRAGEOUS!!
