I've been calling a lot to check in on the stock of something that doesn't get restocked often. I keep worrying that I'm bothering them and hate to call so much but everyone is so nice and helpful. I want to specifically thank Clara as she's been doing her best to update me on stock and everytime I talk to her she remembers me and doesn't make me feel bad for calling. Thank you Clara and everyone else who I've talked to!

THIS ONE EMPLOYEE MADE MY YEAR !!!I went into the Woodlands’ Urban Outfitters last week. There was an orange skirt with peaches on it I saw at that store something like two years ago. I figured they wouldn’t sell it anymore since it’s an older design. I approached an employee and explained to her how much I loved that skirt but missed out on it. She went out of her way to lookup the item online and even found someone reselling it in an instant!!!Best employee experience - I wish I had gotten her name. My single favorite Urban Outfitters I’ve ever been to.
