This is a wonderful dealership to buy a used vehicle from; the entire staff was friendly and I really appreciated the fact that we could handle the purchase so easily without the games most dealerships play by making you wait while the sales person goes to "ask a manager" a dozen times. I highly recommend Uptown Imports if you're looking for a used vehicle at a fair price, excellent customer service, and a no-pressure approach.

Lidia is the first person you see when you walk in. She was an outstanding representative of the company. She assisted me with several vehicles I was considering. She went out of her way to assist me. Sales manager Angello was so very helpful with the sale and financing. He made sure I was informed on every step of the process. The buying of my Forester was so smooth. I would recommend anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle to consider Uptown Imports.

Well so far I have had a bad experience with this dealership.i went thru capital one to buy a jeep .when salesman tells me it was rejected I call them and they have not got anything from this place.so he lied on that then said they want more money down when he lied on that too.bank told me I was being scammed to go somewhere else to buy so if you go here be careful.i don't know why I was treated like this .

Please listen: STAY AWAY! I went broke ditching over $5K in less than 3 months after buying the imported car the sales guy pushed on me. I basically bought a disguised lemon... the 3rd car I bought for $15K a year later with all the leaks it had, I was forced to sell it for scrap for only $3K. It's ridiculous!!!!!

I never leave reviews, but let me tell you… Uptown Imports deserves my time for this review. After casually shopping for a Jeep for two years we came across the perfect one. We went and met with Angelo and test drove it. I had never driven one before so it was a whole new experience for me. Angelo made me feel comfortable in my choice of going home and thinking on it. He never pushed me to make a rash decision. I thought on it for a week and went back and sealed the deal. He went above and beyond to have everything ready and sorted out by the time we got there to pick it up. After having it a day I noticed one of the windshield wipers was faulty (it was only a loose screw… come to find out). The change oil light came on after having it only two days. I called Angelo and he told me to bring it back up there at my convenience and he would fix whatever needed to be fixed. I took it back up there and Angelo was off. I got to meet Wally, which was absolutely amazing! He assured me he would get it all fixed and back on the road in no time. They also found that my break light wasn’t up To par and got it fixed it as well! They truly care about their customers and are top notch! Also, I cannot finish my review without mentioning Lydia. She is an absolute doll and the sweetest! She was more than happy to take my calls and keep

We bought a low mileage 2015 Scion XB for a reasonable price back in March of 24....we drive it almost everyday for work. Quick communication and seemed very honest. My only complaint is 2 of the tires were different brands, they were in good shape but my OCD wasnt having it.

Purchased a car here 2 years ago. I was advised the car was in good shape. 2 months later air struts went out. Repaired them. Washer tank was cracked. Repaired it. 3 other items faulty, repaired them
My main point of anger, I was car shopping for an upgrade, after we ran the car fax, we found that my car had been in 3 accidents. 2 small and 1 moderate. This has devalued my car significantly as a trade in. Caliber collisions did an inspection and it was confirmed with significant evidence to show.
None of this information was shared. I advise a Carfax report or even better, search for a car through a Carfax website.
Yes, Carfax doesn't guarantee a perfect car, but it's always better to know if a car is accident free.
Uptown Imports, I will steer as many as I can away from here as possible.
Make your money, however, stop being so dishonest about it.
