Please drive towards I-45 for your shipping needs! The owners of this store are rude and not helpful. They charge for a tiny piece of tape & $2.50 to print a label! They are the very reason I keep a roll of packing tape in my trunk!
I'll gladly drive further from home to the store down the street on the south side of rayford and I-45.

I went there last week to notary paper . This UPS notary guy was really unprofessional, rude and racist. Very bad experience and will be at this location anymore. Imagine I pay money to let someone offensive me

Beware: every time they print tracking labels, the full tracking number is cut off from their old, outdated, unaligned machine. It's been that way for over a year. Also on multiple occasions I've made Amazon returns that NEVER MAKE IT TO AMAZON! Other UPS stores show the return instantly at drop-off, and some how returns often go missing and unaccounted for! Drive further to ANOTHER UPS STORE!

Please don’t forget to tape anything up evidently one strip of tape cost 1 dollar. I’m assuming the one strip on a box will cost UPS to go out of business. Well for sure if 1 million people come to have their boxes shipped without tape. Good customer service goes a long way, tape a box up UPS don’t allow your customers to have to pay for a strip a tape or have to leave and return home for a strip of tape to close a box and treat all the customers the same. If you are going to ask one person to tape a box also ask the next in line.

This is the worst UPS store in Texas. Worst customer service by far. They try to squeeze every cent can. Don’t take your Amazon here they are scammers. They should de-franchise them. I’ve lived in 3 cities in Texas and have used many UPS stores. This is so bad I drive many miles away when I have them within 5 kilometers. Greedy owners.

I'm incredibly impressed by the fast service here. There's always a line but I'm never waiting longer than 5 minutes! Thankful for this place being well staffed and gracious with returns!

Worst location and management . Some of the staff members are rude. They trying to charge for everything , even to tape a label , they requested $1.

Nathan helped us fax something’s over and he’s service was by far the best I’ve ever received from any ups store. He greeted every single customer, accommodating, personable, patient, great at multitasking, and went above and beyond for very one. You guys are lucky to have him. Give this guy a promotion, raise, praise whatever it may be. He was truly awesome.

First time visiting this location and bummed to see the poor reviews. I had to overnight mail a document- called at 6:11pm to ask what time their last call for overnight/express delivery was, booked it to the location and got there right before 6:30pm. Marquise was a godsend and helped me create my shipping label just in time. Amazingly fast service and I’ll forever appreciate the kindness he showed me.

Don’t waste your time at this store go to the ups store on sawdust. This UPS charges to put a small piece of tape on a package. The nickel and diming is ridiculous and pathetic. 1st and last time I will go to this store. Tape is literally a write off for your business stop being greedy.

I'm not sure why this store has low ratings, but I walked in today to get something notarized, Nathan helped me. He was extremely friendly and professional, a very pleasant person to deal with, and had an excellent knowledge of everything, and he answered all my questions.It's hard to find people like him nowadays.Nathan, keep it up. You have so much potential. Think big! All the best.
