The owner of this particular UPS store @ i45 & Rayford - is the BEST!!! His kindness and sense of humor always makes my day brighter!! Unlike most UPS stores,They don't charge for taping the box up or even to print the label!! I'm glad I held onto this return so he gets the revenue!

I use this location a lot and have payed to ship a lot of boxes. Today I had an Amazon return and my normal box that I ship every month that I pay for. Most of the time I deal with a very professional nice guy that works in the morning. Today however I was assisted by a different associate. She proceeded to charge me a dollar for my Amazon package to be taped shut.. which has never happened before. I’ll be honest it made me mad and I wasn’t very nice to her. My end of Amazon said no box no label.. so I’m not understanding why she changed me. I went ahead and payed to ship my other package as well.. oh you best believe she put that dollar charge on there for the tape. I’m sorry but it’s ridiculous. I give her negative infinity stars. The guy in the morning is fantastic and is 5 star all the way this is why I rated them a 4/5 stars. It definitely would have been 5 stars if this ridiculous mess with the tape didn’t happen. It would be different if I just dropped Amazon off all the time.. But I’m an actual paying customer. Hope she enjoys her dollar.

I've been coming to this UPS store for a few years now. I have never had an issue! These guys are great! Always in a good mood and always willing to help! Mr. Donovan is as kind as they come! He's always very professional and on point! I recommend this business

I just met the most nicest man there...Jerry (not sure if that's how it's spelled my apologies) Wonderful man from the start. Extremely helpful, takes his time with you, doesn't rush you. Sir if you ever get to read this, your story touched my heart about your first baseball game with your dad. We had a good interaction. He made sure my packages were going to correct addresses, asked me double check to see if everything was correct. When I walked in there was a gentleman in front of me and I but as soon as Jerry started helping me out, the place was a full house. Even under pressure of the line being all the way to the door, he did everything with a smile and great attitude!!! THANK YOU!!!

I was there to return a controller from Amazon.
As for service it is everything fine. The employee gave me the information I needed. Because I didn't print the label and I didn't have a box either. I was already getting ready to leave and there was when the problem started. Another person (I assume he is the owner ) jumped in to the conversation with a very unfriendly voice making sure that I was understanding that I was wasting their time. So I got upset and start walking away and told them that there was no problem getting the box and the label but it wasn't the first time I return items and the other times I got help from the store and he started very laud to tell me how wrong I was. So at that point I just kept walking and ignored him and I know it was wrong from me but I started talking back saying bla, bla, bla.
But there was no reason to talk to me the way he did.
So if you daré to go to the store make sure you have everything up and ready
