1st experience, months ago, same staff - i was doing an Amazon return and couldn't locate the correct barcode. The larger set woman got aggravated and treated me rudely.
2nd experience 7/18/25 same staff - came in approximately 15 minutes before the shop closed. Waited for 10 mins, due to another customer, having an issue with pulling up her barcode. No problem there. So then she gets to me and tells me that she cannot process my business return equipment that they have a contract with because she has already shut down that equipment prior to me coming in. Told me I would have to return on Saturday. I asked her if she was joking and in our sarcastic tone, she says, no, i'm not joking and then the other employee chimed in and said, have a great day.Have a great day.Have a great day until I left a store.
3rd experience - 7/19/25 Tried to drop off my package. Unfortunately, the store was closed and google had the times wrong.
4th experience - 7/21/25 i came in to handle the package and because I was upset and mention what my prior experience on Friday was I was refused service. Then told I would have to use another UPS store. Captured video of them refusing to service me, and wouldn't even look my direction when I started videotaping. I needed proof for my employer of the experience that I went through.
Today I called customer service to submit a formal complaint and was advised that it was individually owned. If this issue does not get resolved today.. i will be posting that video online.
Whether either person is the owner or neither are the owner. This is not, how can you treat your customers.

I've often made returns at this store, but lately, I've noticed that Britt seems frustrated and annoyed whenever I do. Because of this, I've decided to stop going there and will visit the store closer to me instead.

This is one of better stores in the area. As many times as I have had packages sent, the people are friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had any issues with packages going out and service has always been great!!!!!

I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by Britt on multiple occasions. This has now become my regular location due to the lack of great customer service at other nearby locations I have found this location to have the most pleasant employees. They are all very helpful, knowledgeable, and nice.

Worst experience at a UPS store came to return my Spectrum equipment and the young lady was clueless on what to do, when she finally figured out she actually put my Spectrum equipment to be returned to Comcast, when I checked the receipt I went back to the counter to let her know of the mistake made and she told me that Spectrum and Comcast are the same company, at that point I question it and she said it's fine right and then proceed to ignore me after that, now I'm left with Issues with Spectrum because they didn't receive the equipment I called the store and a manager was supposed to call me back after a week I went back to the store because they had not called me talked to the manager she was very helpful and has done what she could to resolve the issue, she did tell me that the branch owner will call me to find a resolution together that hasn't happened yet.
The worst service ever received and the employee that initially helped me needs more training for sure.

This location is always a pleasure but there was one particular day that Britt went above and beyond to make sure that my shipment made it out to the UPS truck just in time for one of the last Christmas routes. The customer received it as promised and I was so grateful!
