The manager needs to be fired They are trying to charge Amazon customers for packaging when they pick 'no box no label' for their UPS returns!?! I had to contact Amazon directly to validate that I did not need to pay for any type of packaging that UPS is supposed to do it for me; the manager elderly rude man was like you need to pay for packaging it says customer packed under the QR code meaning "I the customer has to pack the box" that just came in a flimsy little bag I have to come up with more money at the UPS store for them to return it. Amazon customer service validated my order and saw i picked no label no box return UPS free return. Because customers can only see the QR code once a return type has been picked. If you're persistent like myself people like this will try to fool you into paying for return packaging when you don't have to.

The "Gentleman" very thin with Red hair is amazingly rude, confrontational and insulting. I simply dropped off packages I received from Amazon the way they were delivered. He insisted "this is Not how Amazon delivers packages". "This is a product box." Yep, it is and that is just how I received them...just like the one pictured that arrived last night. In a product box.Please learn to be a better person and not insulting to a regular customer or any paying customer. I was told Not to drop off packages like this ever again. Well, how about this...perhaps you could suggest I purchase a box and handle it that way if you wish. Any conversation would have been better than being insulted and spoken down to than this ridiculous episode this morning. I wish you continued success at this location. The success will arrive much faster and at much higher levels when you learn how to talk to people.

I just needed to print a quick two page document, this was the closest location. I walked in (absolutely nobody in there except me and two other workers). I had to direct myself to the self-serve printers, because no one said a word when I walked in. After a couple a minutes of trying to identify which printer would allow me to send the document to print, one of the employees finally said “Oh, you have to use the computer in the corner to print, not the printer.”. Mind you, I’m the ONLY person there and he’s just standing at the counter. So I start the process on the computer, which you have to pay $2.50 for every 5 mins. Which I wasn’t worried about, cause I knew this would be quick. Long story short, it took me two sessions ($5) just to use the their dirty keyboard & mouse, get signed into my personal email, download the document, print and wait for their printer to connect. Just for ONE sheet to come out with the margins off. So while walking out, after paying $5.20 for ONE sheet of paper, receiving zero service or any guidance, I gave some quick feedback “Hey, you guys might want to get a better method for the self print. Have a good day” And the employee responded “I don’t make the prices. I just work here…”. Absolutely horrible!

Scott did a phenomenal job with a huge line of customers processing last day returns to Amazon. The line was out the door.Quick and efficient, he rapidly read the digital return slips on a variety of phones and handled or redirected customers as needed. And he did it all with a great attitude.

Scott tried to over charge me by $100. Told me it was going to be $140 to ship a laptop and monitor. Thank god I didn’t have my drivers license that day. I came back the next day and Bryce rang me up for $52. I went online and see multiple complaints about him. He was cold and very rude. I don’t understand why he still works here if everyone is filing a complaint. I will NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN. Or any UPS for that matter seeing as though this is the type of person you all allow to work here. Very horrible experience. Scott made me and my 6 year old daughter very uncomfortable to the point she asked me mommy why is he looking at us like that? Is he mad at us? The fact that there are so many complaints about him and still works here says a lot about UPS. You will never get my business again.

These guys are amazing! We rent a box from them and they even call me to let me know when my husband's meds come in because it has to be kept cold. It comes in a styrofoam iced box. Thank you guys!

Can't believe I didn't believe the reviews and the service here. The guy wouldn't even look at the document before rejecting to notarizing it. NOT EVEN LOOK AT IT!!

I have used a number of UPS stores in our area but this my favorite. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Very patient. Thank you Scott today for all your help getting our packages in the mail.

UNQUALIFIED, DISHONEST NOTARY. Frustrating, abysmal customer service from Scott. No acknowledgement upon entry. Scott just stared at my husband and I when we walked in. This initial lack of common courtesy set a disheartening tone for our entire visit.Our dissatisfaction heightened when Scott demonstrated an astonishing level of dishonesty and incompetence. Although Scott stated he was familiar with our document and our request to have a Visa document notarized, he refused to sign it for these reasons:- The document says “To: The Visa Officer”- The document is an “international document”- It says “Embassy of Ghana”- “There’s nowhere for me to sign”After showing him the clear box and instructions to NOTARISE HERE, he stated again…”there’s nowhere for me to sign”.We left confused and completed as much of the form as we could in the car. Then we read it carefully, returned about 5 minutes later and calmly asked him to sign it again. He was visibly shaking.He stated although he was doing his job at UPS, it was HIS notary stamp. He told us we could come back later “after 1:00 when there’s another notary here” to notarize our document and implied it was at their discretion.The truth is, he blatantly misled us. He turned us away without a valid reason. With each baseless explanation, it became abundantly clear that he was giving us false information. Such dishonesty is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on your location's integrity.Investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not recur.By the way, we went to the UPS location on Stuebner and Louetta and got it notarized easily and without question.

Poor customer service. Their hours say they close at 7pm, but going in there 20 minutes before close they already had their registers closed and would not accept anything. Very rude people and disappointed with the service overall.
