Came in here with my package to return for amazon and bald headed guy with glasses, said I needed to seal my package with tape when it was already sealed and he wanted to charge me $1 for tape. And I told him he was giving me a hard time and said “you are giving me a hard. That’s horrible customer service.

I had a very bad experience at this store. Mr. Scott has a terrible customer service. He wax so rude to us only because we ask him few things about notary. I will never go this place again. I don’t how people saying he is nice to them probably particular group of people he shows good service. The lady is nice and helpful but this guy Scot is racist and rude.

Ms. Becky was absolutely professional & polite. She went above her duties to assist me with a return. I cannot leave out Scott he assist me in finding the review page. I was treated with nothing but kindness from both of them.

Scott you need to do another job. The stress is getting to you. I looked up the cost to ship it and it was around $17.85. He told me the minimum price was $55 unless I shipped it through USPS which was $25. I think they aren’t using the least expensive option for the packages. Not impressed and feel ripped off. Will kit be using this location anymore.

I came in to return Xfinity equipment which is what I was instructed to do by the Xfinity home security team. When I got there, the manager cut open my box and looked at what was inside and would not ship the items back and was extremely rude about it and argued with me about it.

Horrible customer service the guy I’m pretty sure Scott is extremely rude all the time. I tried to give him the benefit of doubt I thought it was just one visit maybe he’s having a bad day….but no it’s every time we go in there. Will never go in here again unless they get a completely new staff.

Really long wait times
Went in a few times and had to wait well over 20 minutes just for a 5 second return
There were only 2 people behind the counter and both took forever

Do not waste your time making an appointment to see the notary. They are disrespectful of your time asking you to come back in 45 minutes because the notary has to have lunch.
What is the point of making an appointment?
Drive 0.8 miles and go to the black roses notary service. They care about your time and business
