There’s not too much that can “wow” someone when going into a UPS store. However, my experience was a 10/10 today. Scott was personable, immediately acknowledged me soon as I walked in the store, was very professional and courteous. I was in and out of the store in less than 7-minutes. That’s including me having to send emails with tracking labels, getting the labeled printed, carefully boxing up my item (I was underprepared) and still having small talk while accomplishing everything.

Was just there for a routine drop off for an Amazon return. The man at the counter talked to like I was five and had to man-splane things to me. I will never go there again.

Only UPS Store that I've been that charges $1 to tape your box close. Should of gone to FedEx.

Had a drop off that needed to get sent out. Dropped off at this location as I was closest. Box needed to be taped closed. According to employee the owner of this location and several others charges for taping a box shut. $1.00. No other location I’ve ever been to has done this. Pretty ridiculous. Won’t be back to any ups store in spring. Unnecessary charges to make money.

It appears that I am not the only individual who has encountered difficulties with this guy that work here. Today marks the second occasion where this person have handled my packages, and unfortunately, his behavior has been consistently impolite. While I overlooked the initial incident, I feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction by leaving a review.
Today when I dropped a package this guy despite my package being securely wrapped with three layers of clear tape, he insisted that it required retaping and demanded a fee for this service. Although I was reluctant to engage in an argument, I reluctantly paid the $1 fee.
Furthermore, I inquired about a package that I had left on Saturday. Regrettably, this person displayed a lack of comprehension and, in a jesting manner, stated that it was impossible as they do not operate on Sundays. Upon clarifying that I meant Saturday, he proceeded to inform me, without even examining my receipt, that the package was not present.
Despite my repeated attempts to express my concern regarding the tracking information indicating that my package had not been picked up, he dismissively stated that it was still there. I am genuinely puzzled as to why this individual continues to be employed despite the numerous negative reviews highlighting his mistreatment of customers.

I come to this UPS nearly every day. While everyone else is pleasant and clearly knows me .. Scott is the only one who’s always RUDE! He’s just a nasty man for no reason at all. But today I had enough! I went to drop packages off as usual and I went to say “hey I’m just leaving the packages I don’t need a receipt” and he said a rude remark “you have to wait”instead of just saying “ok” since I was just informing him I didn’t need a receipt. Another time I had over 20 packages and there was no other customers in the store.. you think he came to hold the door? NO. I asked could I leave the door propped open since I was struggling with the packages. He said “NO!” Thankfully, on other days there’s other customers that will help and hold the door for me. And like I said I come here every other day so there’s way more rude times but I don’t have time to sit and write them all! But as I was coming to leave this review today I see I’m not the only one who has had rude encounters with this man. This is unacceptable!

The cashier Emma was extremely rude. I was sending two letters I wanted to know the options for sending the letters faster than first class mail. She told me it would probably cost over $100 to send a damn letter. She could have checked in the system but she refused. I was assisted by another guy who kept making excuses because the store was about to close. Theses two employees were extremely unhelpful, did not provide any tracking or any details as far as when my letters would be received. Very upsetting
Update. I mailed two letters out on 05/06 one going to Fort Washington, MD. The other going to Austin, TX. It’s now 05/19 and my recipients still haven’t received my letters. Seems like the super rude associate decided to trash my letters instead of send them out. I have no way of tracking my letters as I was not provided tracking for either letter. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. Those were very important documents that are now just lost.

The older gentleman, believe his name is Scott. Man oh man. UPS regional or the owner need to intervene before this guy messes with the wrong person. He is extremely rude. Like never seen some like that before. This location is very convenient for me bit I avoid going there just to avoid his confrontations. Make sure you are having a good day before you enter otherwise it will get ugly.

The manager needs to be fired They are trying to charge Amazon customers for packaging when they pick 'no box no label' for their UPS returns!?! I had to contact Amazon directly to validate that I did not need to pay for any type of packaging that UPS is supposed to do it for me; the manager elderly rude man was like you need to pay for packaging it says customer packed under the QR code meaning "I the customer has to pack the box" that just came in a flimsy little bag I have to come up with more money at the UPS store for them to return it. Amazon customer service validated my order and saw i picked no label no box return UPS free return. Because customers can only see the QR code once a return type has been picked. If you're persistent like myself people like this will try to fool you into paying for return packaging when you don't have to.

The "Gentleman" very thin with Red hair is amazingly rude, confrontational and insulting. I simply dropped off packages I received from Amazon the way they were delivered. He insisted "this is Not how Amazon delivers packages". "This is a product box." Yep, it is and that is just how I received them...just like the one pictured that arrived last night. In a product box.
Please learn to be a better person and not insulting to a regular customer or any paying customer. I was told Not to drop off packages like this ever again. Well, how about this...perhaps you could suggest I purchase a box and handle it that way if you wish. Any conversation would have been better than being insulted and spoken down to than this ridiculous episode this morning. I wish you continued success at this location. The success will arrive much faster and at much higher levels when you learn how to talk to people.
