If you need to ship framed artwork across the country and need it packed well and in a humongous box, this is the place to go! Yes, it's pricey to ship artwork if you want it done right, but that's the way you have to do it. Hats off to staff member LEO, who wrapped my three framed artwork pieces so well that they might be miniature Ft. Knox's. The box was indeed humongous and filled with mountains of styrofoam popcorn (don't like the stuff but it was necessary!). The humongous box and its priceless (to me) contents arrived on time and were perfectly pristine. Thanks to the Spring, TX UPS Store and especially to Leo for a job well done!

i recently sent my first package through ups which was almost a nightmare lol . i had some trouble when it came to the delivery but , leo was outstanding throughout the entire time . from helping me ship off my package to making sure it was delivered and done properly leo came through !! would definitely recommend leo and their store for my future shiploads as well as other things :)

I love this specific UPS store and all of the employees that work there. They’re all so nice, especially my favorite girl Leo, but all of the staff there are always very helpful, patient, willing to double check if your package has arrived and sometimes even offer to call you when it does arrive. Definitely would recommend.

I dropped off my AT&T modem for a return. I had packaged it neatly in its original box with all the accessories in it, as per AT&T's instructions. The clerk rudely admonished me for having taped it shut, saying I should not have packaged it. He then proceeded to open it carelessly and angrily dropped it intentionally and forcefully onto the scale. If it's broken, I will be charged $160 for it. I felt humiliated and mistreated. Management needs to know this clerk (some guy whose middle-eastern name I don't remember) treats customers like lesser beings. Until he is removed from this store, I will be choosing a different UPS location for my shipping needs.

I went to print something out. Every other UPS printing experience Ive had in the past had been normal. When I arrived they told me to use the customer computer to print out my images, but then they CHARGED ME FOR MY TIME ON THE COMPUTER THEY FORCED ME TO USE. WORST PRINTING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE I would give it 0/5 if I could

HORRIBLE.All employees (excluding dude with the broke collar-bone) hate that you are even alive, let alone standing in front of them. Doesn't matter if you have all your stuff together and only need them to scan a label for drop off, how dare you be alive in their presence. The owner is an even bigger joke.Can UPS corp get involved? Seems to be an ongoing trend.

Had to drop off my package and was told sorry , can’t accept it because I’m shutting down early and I already shut down the system. Sign said the store closed at 3pm. It’s 2:38 pm as I write this. Pretty inconvenient.

First time I had a really good experience. But the 2nd time I went there for Amazon return they charged me which they were not supposed to be charged but they did and behaved very rudely.
