Been visiting this store for years. Service used to be friendly, welcoming, helpful. Not anymore - just surly, or matter of fact at best , do what you came to do, get out. On top of that, $1 for a strip of packing tape? Is UPS hurting so much that it cannot hire friendly people and also must nickel and dime customers to make the bottom line? This place is rather conveniently located, hence I choose to go there. In terms of customer service (or lack there of), my list of “unfavorites” in the area is growing.

Marci is amazing!! Very efficient, asked minimal questions & understood my sense of urgency. Excellent customer experience. Best of all, she greeted me with a smile!!

Always...always...always a 5-10 minute wait! Also this place charges $1 to tape a box! Crazy!

Jackie was amazing. As soon as I entered the store, she greeted me and had such an upbeat attitude. She didn't make me feel rushed and was very thorough. I'll be coming back to this store for any shipment needs. Thanks Jackie!

This UPS store has terrible service! I needed to print an Amazon label, and they charged me $3 per hour just to use their computer, plus the printing fee. On top of that, the owner—who wasn’t even there—had to provide a code for them to print it. It took them 15 minutes just to print one label. I’m never coming back!

This UPs store always gives excellent service. Jackie is always smiling no matter what’s happening in the store. Damon is excellent at customer service too. We will keep using this location because they are so good.

Scam Alert!
Be cautious when returning items to UPS. Some locations are reportedly refusing to accept Amazon returns unless you pay a $5 fee for taping the box or purchase a box from them. Staff may come off as rude and unhelpful, refusing returns outright if you don’t comply.
I confirmed with Amazon, and their representative clarified that this is NOT Amazon’s policy. They stated that these charges are something UPS is doing independently and assured me the matter is being escalated to Amazon management.
To save your time and money, consider using another location or service for your Amazon returns.
