Awful customer service. Jackie was unprofessional, inconsiderate and rude. Sebastian was unhelpful and enabled Jackie’s rude and inconsiderate behavior.

Don't go to this store. They nickel and dime and don't honor what Amazon or t-mobile pay for shipping costs. Even when I was assured to drop it off I would be taken care of, they wanted me to pay for a $14 box. Then another time with a t-mobile modem they refused to accept unless I over paid for their tape. Do not use this store

Been here a handful of times and the people who work here really seem to hate their job. No greeting, all frowns on their faces and not very friendly. I'd go somewhere else if there was another location closer. They all need to be trained on customer service.

This store is reluctant to help me with a package that was sent back to me from a UPS drivers' discretion to not deliver due to an incorrect address when in fact the address was correct. Bryce, the associate who assisted at the time of retrieving the return package stated that I had to contact UPS Customer Service to obtain a reimbursement to be able to re-send the package again when in fact, after speaking with Sunday (or Sandy), a supervisor of UPS Customer Service call center, informed me that they could credit the stores account to process the shipment again so I don't have to pay again. Bryce isn't willing to cooperate.

I returned a product from amazon in the original envelope. I did not seal it so they could see the item. They said ok but it will cost you $1 to seal the envelope. Unreal customer service, horrible, short and rude. I was in the area so I thought I would give them a chance. Never again. It is back to my original UPS store near my house. Stay away from these rude and unprofessional employees at 2920 / Kuykendahl location next to Kroger. I would rate them zero stars if I could.

Worst UPS store ever. They can’t even send the packages where they are SUPPOSED TO GO. Customer service is absolutely terrible.

I went in on 1/24 to return an Amazon package and I was given excellent customer service by Jackie! It was quick and easy! Service with a smile! Great job!
