Took 2 long curtain Panels to be cleaned and was charged a reasonable price! I had stopped by a cleaners close to my house that quoted double the price that Unik charged me. They did a great job, friendly service, and decent price! Also I dropped off late Wednesday and they were ready early Friday!

Seems very cluttery....possibly needs more racks for the clothing and shelves for supplies. People working seemed ok. Will check it out again soon, maybe the holiday was a crazy time for them?

They lost a pair of custom tailored slacks for my suit. After a month of trying to locate them, their first attempt to reconcile was to offer me another pair of slacks that was misplaced. Which makes me wonder if they did the same with my slacks and gave them away to someone else. Then they weren’t willing to reimburse me for the full cost to replace the slacks. Since they were just over a year old, I feel like I was being more than reasonable by only asking for $150 of the $170 cost to replace. But they were insistent that they couldn’t give me any more than $100. Not sure why it’s my responsibility to pay for their mistake.

I took my clothes to a more expensive cleaner and had double creases in my slacks and wrinkles in my shirts so I went back to Unik because I trust there work and they have great pricesServices: Clothes pressing

Great dry cleaner that is close to my home. They also do mending and repair. Friendly folks work here. Keep in mind they want cash for anything under a $10 total.

The family (husband and wife) that run this business, are one of the best and greatest. They work extremely hard to make sure your clothes look the best! I’ve been coming here for quite some time, plus it’s close to home. Reading some of the other comments below, definitely not the case with this place.

Took my Pottery Barn linen/cotton curtains to Unik. They aren’t my usual dry cleaners, after having washed my wool sweater and refusing to take responsibility for it back when I was in high school, but I decided to give them another shot since they’re so close to my home.The tags on the panels say they must be dry cleaned. I requested they be dry cleaned when I first arrived. Having flashbacks to my wool sweater, I turned around on my way out and made absolutely certain that they’d be dry cleaned. The woman assured me they would be.Imagine my surprise when I get them home, after dropping $100+ on dry cleaning, to find that they’d been starched. Imagine my anger when I hung them and found that all four panels had shrunk. One of them is NINE INCHES shorter. I’ve had them dry cleaned before, elsewhere obviously, so this is not a problem with the fabric.I didn’t even bother taking them back. They’re $750 combined, and I know their terms won’t even come close to replacing a single panel. Instead, I’m leaving this review as a warning to others, and I’m going to prioritize my wellbeing and choose to let this one go. I’ll make some pillows out of the fabric and save up to replace them.
