Some stupid employee let my mom redeem all the points in MY account. She even checked her id and seen it didn’t match my first name and still let her spend 150 worth. Worst location. Plus when I’m there checking out perfumes you got a security guard breathing down your neck. No thanks

was told one thing over the phone and once I got there two females decided to do what they thought was best without having a conversation with me. Everyone was on a different page and made myself come out of pocket on an order when I was using a gift card for the items in the first place. Then made it seem like it was a me thing. To top it off I get there, and the security guard decided to follow me the entire time as if I was going to steal something so many other people in the store and he decided to follow me. Once he saw me go to the register he backed off. I can assure you I am not the one you should be worried about sir. Not the first time I got a weird feeling about this location but lesson learned.

They hardly have any perfume bottles out to sample and a security guard was following me around. Made me so uncomfortable, so I decided to go elsewhere to buy a few bottles.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and have always found what I needed the employee. Rebeka has been a great help In helping me with what I need. But recently, the last couple of times that I have gone there is creepy security guard (old black guy)that followed me and my friend throughout the store and kept looking at my friend up and down every time he would pass by us we did not feel safe and uncomfortable and it made me not want to go anymore.

I come to this location when I can but I've been switching it up to go to Sephora in kohls down the way... and I remember why. This place has what you need but it is poorly maintained. Dusty displays, dingy items and used makeup. Just make sure you take your time and look over everything before walking to the counter. Good store, nice staff but poor maintenance.

Makeup was Unorganized and gross. No testers stalked. Trash was filled. Inattentive staff. Super rude except for a lady with braids(but she didn’t even assist me). Any ulta location beats this one.

The customer service at this location is awesome! I went in for ruby woo by Mac, they were out but one of the associates recommended MVP by fenty. It looks soooo good and she really went out of her way to help me. They are out of stock on some things some times but the customer service is so awesome and I love when associates give recommendation instead of blowing you off when they don’t have what you came for. I can’t remember the name of the lady who helped me but she was a black woman with braids. I assume she was the manager. But thank you so much for being helpful and friendly.

I was just needed to foundation, but every brand I wanted to try IT WAS OUT. 5 different labels and ALL OUT- clinic, lancome..... Please help these managers order to stock. I ended up buyer Maybelline brand. Cashiers could be a little nicer...I guess I will try another store.
