I have always had an excellent time at Trancrnd they have fitted my prosthetic in a timely fashion so that itt is comfortable. And are pleasant to work with.

Rich is amazing, and so friendly. He really makes you feel like you are family. I recommend Transcend to everyone. Having a medically dependent child can be extremely stressful, but working with Transcend takes all stress out of the equation.

I made an appointment and also requested the out-of-pocket charge for shoe inserts. I had the physician fax the Rx to their office and confirmed with Sylvia that she received the Rx. I explained I needed to know my fee because this orthotic was not covered by my insurance. Sylvia said she would ask the benefits coordinator confirm insurance and call me within a couple of days. No one called. I called back and was told they would not provide charges until after the appointment. I cancelled the appointment.

Friendly staff answered questions I had, helped me with my daughter with her fitting of her brace for scoliosis. Jason took his time with her measurements and explained in detail what he was doing.Slyvia was very courteous over the phone on letting us know when we should expect the brace in. Most definitely would recommend!
