I can not tell you the level of care I receive when coming here has always been the best I have ever received. Dr. Gary Rhame was immediate to help and offer medical attention I needed. My nurse Evelyn was amazing and so kind. Come here for a quick ER visit.

My wife went if for some neck and back pain. Everyone was very nice and helpful. She left with no pain and feeling much better. Dr. Mujebb was very helpful as was nurse Lauren.

We went in very early in the morning for severe back pain. The ER was dead and got me registered quickly and into a room. The night nurse was kind in helping understand what was going on and the dr saw us within 20 min of arriving. Dr spoke a lot about previous experience which was comforting except that I was still in very severe pain while she was speaking. After 1-1.5 hours I was finally told I was going to get some pain meds. A nurse came in to do my iv and was in flip flops. She came over to prep for the IV but did not wear gloves. She put one glove on and immediately ripped it and did not wear a glove on the other hand. The iv did not go well and another nurse came in to give me the IV. Alvean was very professional and great (gloves and all). She made me comfortable, checked on me multiple times, and ensured I had everything I needed. Once meds were administered I was given a CT. They were helpful in treating my pain and ruling out severe conditions, however it took over 6 hours to send my results to a radiologist off site to interpret due to technical difficulties with their computers.
Long story short: probably okay in a life threatening emergency but if you can wait I’d go elsewhere.

Went in to make sure I didn’t have testicular torsion. Staff was nice and professional. Had me in and out as fast as was possible. Had to pay a slightly large copay, but it’s an emergency room so expenses are a given. I’d rate them more than five stars if I could.
