The guy (owner) was very helpful, professional, and gave me one that said it would be better.Well, it is. And it's local. So, now I have a new stogie shop.Nice smooth, mellow and very enjoyable”

“Hello everyone!I was so impressed with High End Smoke Shop that I just had to leave a review.Firstly, the store itself is beautiful, clean, and well decorated with a warm atmosphere, not like most smoke shops that are dingey or downright scary. Shawn is very kind and knowledgeable of his brands and products, he will work with you to find the perfect item for you! I know I was very indecisive and he was a huge help. This is my absolute favorite smoke shop now and will only frequent here.Just before coming to this store down the road I was at a different smoke shop, I won't say which,, and the employee tried to sell me a piece that was nearly 10x over my budget for half an hour! Didnt listen to a thing I said just tried to get a sale. How ridiculous. But Shawn didn't, he listened to me, showed me the perfect product for the perfect price!11/10 stars, seriously SO IMPRESSED! “I have been searching for the “Berg” ecig juice for ages. I’ve stopped by tons of shops in Houston and spring to no avail. Finally I found Smoke Shack on Louetta, it has a bit of a run down appearance from the outside, I was skeptical they would carry the juice, but I was on a mission to find it lol.Entering I found a clean well organized vape shop, and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a super helpful employee, Dustin. I explained that I’ve been hunting for this echo juice for ages, he told me he could order it for me! I asked him to get me 6 bottles, and sure enough he texted me a week later telling me he got it in stock for me! Truly awesome customer service! I won’t go anywhere else for my ecig supplies again! Dustin is the man, thanks again!”

“I walked in not knowing the area. I was greeted by Will who helped me on a cheap vape to purchase while I try to quit cigarettes. He offered me multiple different options before tells me the vapes in the bins on the front counter were my best bet for what I was looking for. Installed for one & he checked me out smooth sailing. “I’ve been to a few smoke shops on Rayford and Smoke Shack always seems to have the best customers service. That’s what keep customers coming back. Mattie & Delaney were very helpful and always have that same attitude. I’d preferred to drive a few miles up the road to purchase from this store than some others, especially over Legends High End near the Grand Parkway. They offer suggestions, they greet each customer and are always willing to help and share their personal preferences and recommendations. I’ve went here, more than a few times, over the past year and it’s never any issues. I’d definitely recommend this store.”

“Everytime I come to glass city, the guys always help me with what I need. I wouldn't say I'm a difficult one but when they don't have my "go to" they are great at helping me find one that I end up loving. They are all also very kind and are easy to have a conversation with. My only advice is ALWAYS hit your vape before you leave the store because they may be burnt or not hit right. Not their fault just a manufacturer issue sometimes. All in all solid vape/smoke shop! Go hit them up for your vape needs!”

“I'm not certain how many Elite Cigars are scattered around. I have been to one in Mont Belvieu; one in San Antonio, and now this one in Spring. I always leave a satisfied customer. Excellent selection, competitive pricing. Box discount, as is the usual industry standard. The humidor is highly stocked--to the extent that it can be kind of tight moving around in there. Kudos to the really nice lady who helped me find what I was looking for on the shelf, and who further agreed to order the other items that were not in stock. Lounge onsite is a bonus.”
