I just went today for the first time with no expectations because I just searched the tire shop closest to me. After I got off work I noticed a flat tire with a screw puncturing it. I changed it and put on the spare on and drove to this location to see if they could help. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by the assistant manager and let him know what happened. He was extremely friendly and let me know they could help. I will be recommending this business to my friends and family. They fixed my tire very efficiently and in a timely manner. Thank you guys so much.

Yesterday, my husband and I were involved in an accident where we swerved and slammed into a cement curb, flattening both tires on the right side. We were extremely shaken. We called Tirelink and spoke with Hunter. After Jerry explained what happened, Hunter quickly recognized us as long-time, loyal customers. In fact, our adult sons and many of our friends also use Tirelink because of their excellent service.
Hunter told us to bring the car in, assuring us that he would have the BMW custom tires ready for us. Our tires were brand new, having just been purchased there. When we arrived, they literally rolled out the red carpet for us. The team was sympathetic to our rattled state and immediately set to work replacing the tires.
Every single serviceman there was friendly, professional, and well-groomed. It was reassuring to know they were taking such good care of our expensive car. They even gave us a discount since our tires were brand new but had been damaged in the accident. The experience was calming, and I will never use anyone else but the team at Tirelink. Hunter is a star and a tremendous asset to the company.

All the people working here are so nice, professional, and happy to help. Last week, we got a free tire rotation and fill up on air for free from Tony. It also turns out we needed a new tire, and Chris helped us order one that was quick to arrive — and while we waited, he helped us get back on the road safely for the afternoon. We will definitely return here anytime we need some work done!
