I proceeded to checkout with a bag of popcorn and a .50 drink. The cashier’s total was over 5.00 when I inquired she stated that the drink was not fifty cent. I responded nicely and asked which soda was fifty cent she said she didn’t know. So I walked back to the back again took a photo so that she could possibly tell me. She then stated that she knew the sign was there but still did not know. I asked could she contact the manager “She sleep” was her reply. As I listened to her speak I was trying my best to allow her to make an adult decision about the situation. Eventually I left the counter and returned with several drinks. I am not going to scan those. (Incompetent employees after 11pm. Please train your employees how to handle situations). No sale from me. 7/18/ 23

The man that worked here this morning was very rude he said that he wouldn’t take my change because they don’t take money in change that’s over 30 cents. He said that’s your policy! Sounds ridiculous he just didn’t want to count the change! Mind you there were no other customers but just me in the store!! Terrible terrible customer service !

Lance cursed at me and was very rude and aggressive toward me and as a man that’s unacceptable and he needs to be fired; I have video proof as well.

This store is extremely clean and organized. Every employee looks sharp and so does the parking lot and restrooms. Really five stars across the board from customer service, price on merchandise, And probably the cleanest gas station that I've ever walked into. Next, the manager was super perfessional and helpful and Miracle, the attendant who rang me up, was friendly and confident. This is how it's done!!! This team is on top of it..... Keep up the great work!!

Very clean, nicely organized new Exxon Timewise store with clean bathrooms and plenty of pumps. We were stopping late on the way back to Dallas Fort Worth from Houston just after a long stretch of highway with mostly old, run down gas stations. This Timewise was a welcome stop with a large parking lot, freshly stocked shelves, and a nice clean bathroom. We bought a few snacks at typical convenience store prices. We arrived at shift change (I guess) and they had just rebooted the pumps. So, the first one I tried would not accept my card. The second one gave me an error. But, the third worked just fine. After fueling up, I noticed that the next several gas stations I paid attention to had per gallon prices $0.10 higher than this Timewise. If I lived in this area, I'd go out of my way to come here. Will definitely prefer it should we come through this area again. Recommended!

The absolutely worst service I've ever experienced. The girl behind the counter was not just rude she was obnoxious rude something must not have been going her way that day because she was rude for no reason whatsoever to everyone.

Awefull customer service. The cashier Sidney seems like a thug looking at you the way you dont want to be looked at when you buy anything. Needless to say not even a smile and I can tell she had teeth.

As far as gas stations go this place is really clean both inside and out. The employees historically here have been courteous and helpful. Great selection inside the store for drinks, snacks, etc. this is where I try to get most of my gas because there are plenty of pumps and they are in good working order.

Spring isn't so bad, talking Crimewise And stuff is cheap, nickel-and-dimewise But if you want gas Then just get your a** To the super friendly folks at Timewise Cute little gas station and useful convenience store right off the main Highway through The Woodlands heading south to Houston or north to Conroe and Dallas. Exceptionally nice, with the boy advertising their excellent breakfast sandwiches which we didn't try - but he made me want to, which is funny. I'm not sure if they would be any good but his customer service was definitely amazing, and the gas was cheaper than a lot of the places up and down here. Will try the sandwiches soon. So thanks to the lovely kid and the good prices and the memorable poses, I'm giving it 5.
