5/5 stars for Magaly (the office manager). She is always friendly and responsive. Also, putting in a service request is easy and they fix it quickly.-1 star for things outside of apartment complex’s control such as neighbor problems and car theft. I didn’t have constant problems with this, it only happened once.

The process from start to finish was simple. I loved the community WIFI until my was set up. The staff was great, easy to communicate with, and was always will to address any concerns we had.

Gates constantly broken. Security compromised. Rocks and gravel fall danger to elderly and blind.

Well it took the 2 days to fix my toilet in my master bath. Instead of them going and buying the part from plumbing store the tried to find the part at another property they owned. Then they ended up getting the part at store anyway. Lastly, after the job was done they half-way cleaned up their mess and left some kind of black powdery substance on the toliet seat and on the bottom base of the toilet.

Lived at the Preston for two yrs and did enjoy my renovated apartment with the exception of issues ALL last summer with my a/c. The original front office employees Kathleen and Justin were extremely understandable, helpful and personable. Once they parted ways with the company things began to go down hill. Maggie is great, very sweet and good at her job. Beware of Roxanne who is rude, condescending and not personable at all. A lot of ppl have began moving from the residency which sucks because the apt is in a great location, size is great for the price and neighborhood isn’t bad either. Definitely need to work on being more personable and accommodating to residents, and addressing interior issues with more urgency.

As I sit here on my day off waiting to get a clogged kitchen sink fixed yet again and a toilet that doesn't fill up with water an no answers from the office as to when it will get fixed I am pissed and quite honestly will not be renewing another lease dam this ain't luxury living feels more like tenents are treated with disrespect an lack of empathy

I had the pleasure of speaking with a nice young lady named Maggie. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful during the tour. The apartments were recently updated nicely and the grounds were clean and kept up.
