Not happy with the facility at all. Some of the staff should not be teachers if they can't handle children. Both of my children were injured while being in their care and my children were only with the facility for 1 month.

The most organized school ever. They had the kids eating on foil because they ran out of plates. The communication sucks. Not just from Staff to parents. But also leadership to staff. I have tour this school twice. Would not recommend.

As a facility, they're adequate/above average. But from a professional perspective, their management and billing is abysmal. Good luck with automatic billing. They won't take a credit card for autopay, yet they can't seem to keep their ACH system working.If you can find a better managed facility, do so. Unfortunately, what they pay their workers makes talent acquisition difficult... an industrywide challenge remedied only by much higher fees.Bit of a catch-22.

I wrote a review about the school and my son's teacher in the toddler room, but I wanted to write another one about the teacher in the infant room, Ms. Dee. Ms. Dee is wonderful with the kids! In the mornings, I drop my son off in the infant room before he is transitioned to First Steps, and Ms. Dee is always so welcoming and friendly! My son smiles so big when he sees her! It makes me happy to know that he has two teachers that he is around all day who he loves!

Our daughter is in the first steps class with Ms Judy and we absolutely love her! Our daughter started early July and it has only been about 5-6 months but we are extremely happy and comfortable.Not only does Ms Judy take extremely good care of our little one but she also loves going to school because of Ms Judy.We have seen her progress in development with walking, saying more words, identifying pictures.We feel so comfortable dropping her off to Ms Judy. I can also see how my daughter is much more disciplined now. This is exactly what we wanted for her in a school.

Let me tell you a little something about Ms. Judy. She's not just an amazing teacher, she's like a second mom to the kids. Her love and dedication shine through in everything she does. She creates such a warm and nurturing environment where the kids feel safe to explore and learn. It's incredible to see how she encourages their creativity and brings out the best in each child. My hats off to Ms. Judy for being such a fantastic daycare teacher and person! ????

The entire front staff is friendly and we trust our kid is in great care. Always greeted with kindness from Taylor and Stephanie. Plus, you cannot beat my sons teachers Mrs. T and Bri, they have been great! Very personal and loving towards our baby. I’m at ease everyday I have my 6 month old boy there and he’s always excited to see them.

Our son started in the infant classroom at 8 months old almost 4 months ago with Mrs. T. He hadn't ever been to daycare before so the transition was challenging for a bit, but within a few weeks he was so excited to go to school and happy to spend time with his teachers and classmates.Mrs. T has been a great resource in helping our son master his milestones and with his development. Additionally, she has helped us with major transitions like sleeping in the crib at school, starting solids and moving to sippy cups from bottles.We are so grateful that our son has a teacher who cares about him and creates a happy, loving environment for him to spend his days during the week. Thank you Mrs. T!

Several of the teachers are fantastic and very attentive. Our kids are learning a lot from all of their teachers. Ms Judy was our youngest son’s first teacher. Both of our kids get very excited to see her every morning!

Our son loves his teachers in the infant room and is always in a good mood when he comes home. We chose this program since it seemed well organized, friendly, and less chaotic than other daycares we visited. The only critique I have is that I think there should be more separation between kids that walk and kids that aren’t old enough yet.

The staff in the Newborn classroom are Angels! Ms. Tee and Ms. Bre are hands down the hardest working individuals, yet every time I drop off my baby they are full of smiles and open loving arms. They are super personable and engaging. I know my baby is in good hands when I drop him off and pick him up each day.

I have nothing but great things to say about Goddard - Harmony! Miss Judy, Miss Delvina and Miss Ariel have been amazing. Best teachers I could ask for! You can tell they truly love the kids.

My Daughter has attended this Goddard location since she was ~8months old. She is now 3 1/2 years old. We have had great experience with the staff and her teachers. She enjoys going to school and makes great friends. The facility is generally clean, and I can count less than 5 times she has been sick since she started attending.

Highly do not recommend Goddard as an old staff member I will announce that this school is not the place for anyone’s child the coworkers of the company does not take any pride nor responsibility due to how they treat the children of Goddard in the harmony community they treat their coworkers very poorly in the little bit of time that I was at the campus I’ve seen the director Mrs Lisa picking up a student aggressively Mrs angel leaving multiple students in classrooms alone leaving the teachers of Goddard out of ratio multiple times and try to cover it up such as “overtime”… the classrooms are very unorganized no organization whatsoever this is definitely not the place to be.
